What an absolute nightmare. My interior designer recommended them as a trustworthy resource so I reached out and started working with Melissa. She asked for some information (e.g. chair images, dimensions, etc.) which I gathered and sent to her to get a quote. Weeks passed and I, the potential customer, then had to follow up with her for a status update. I also added in another item. After several follow ups—I received a quote for ONE of the items (out of three) and then much waiting and back and forth ensued and 4 weeks later I still am missing quotes. The whole process has felt like a discombobulated mess, clearly not understanding the importance of providing customers with clear communication and of managing expectations. I just called them and I was asking about process and lead times etc. and he spoke about being 'busy' (as if I'm not) and somehow managed to integrate GOD into the conversation (ugh). What a substantial waste of my time. I highly recommend going elsewhere based on this woefully antiquated experience.
