Dave cleaned my sofa and he did a great job! He was on time, professional and fast. He was able to remove all the water stains from the fabric and my sofa looks like new again. Thank you so much!

Made a next day appointment. They were on time , responsibly priced, and did excellent work. They also provide a lot of other services such as mold testing and removal. Definitely will be using in the near future. Very pleased

This will be long because I want to very clear. Had a tenant move out with large stains in the living area. In order to apply the charges to the tenants deposit, I began to look for companies to let us know whether the carpet is salvageable or cleanable and at what price. Dave's Carpet was the 2nd call. I tried to get prices over the phone, but naturally they need to come view. Two guys arrived on time. The assessment was that most of the stains "should be ok to remove but not sure for other stains" and was quoted $150 but for extra cleaning fees "talk to Dave". Overall they felt cleaning should work. During their visit we made general conversation them asking about whatever else I was looking to do in the apt. I mentioned removing the popcorn ceiling, paint etc.... THEY suggested doing the other work FIRST. We all leave under idea that I would talk to Dave about the pricing for the WORKS on the carpet cleaning and how much for new carpet and/or flooring. Dave calls shortly after, I ask about what the works would cost. He says he was told it's not salvageable, i told him that not what i was told and he said "well you were quoted $150, (thought it wasn't salvageable Dave!) "I sent my guys there to do the work and the apartment isn' ready, my guys said you're scraping the ceiling". I responded that clearly there's a miscommunication and that his guys asked a general question that I answered. Dave continued to be rude... I'm assuming because he thought that his price was so good that I would just do the service then and there. I responded that I think it is clear that we are not a good pair to which he responded with hanging up on me. I was clear that I needed a quote only. If a company has an issue with coming out for free to quote, then maybe you should charge a consultation fee for if work is not performed. Again, On time but rude!

The technicians/company was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. The older tech I think his name is Tony seemed to be very aggravated and in a rush. I could hear him talking down to the other tech and using foul language. I felt bad for the guy. The carpet itself was not cleaned very well. Their machine left black streaks on a portion of my carpet. When I paid for the service I had to call in and give my DEBIT CARD INFO OVER THE PHONE. AFTER GIVING MY INFO TO THE MAN OVER THE PHONE HE SAYS HE WASNT AT THE OFFICE AND HE WILL RUN IT LATER. I’m concerned about having my card info written down and saved for “later”. Just got a very uneasy feeling about the company as a whole. I thought because it was higher than what I normally pay I would be getting a better service. I was wrong.Service: Carpet cleaning

Gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. The carpet was not cleaned very well and the machine left black streaks on a portion of my living room carpet. The main issue is the lack of professionalism from the techs/company. Tony arrived aggravated and anxious. He was very rude and yelled foul language at his partner. I really felt bad for the guy. In order to pay with a card you must call it In over the phone. I gave my debit card info to the guy over the phone who then says I will run it later I am not at the office right now. I do not feel comfortable with my information being written down and saved for"later". I will say that I needed an appointment ASAP and they were able to come out the next day but I will not be using them again.

Today was my second time having them clean my sofa, and their service is exceptional! This review is specifically for Raul. He's very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and he goes above and beyond to get the job done! Raul does the cleaning with care - he makes sure to take his time to ensure the results are outstanding. I especially love that he's careful about not dripping water on the floors, and if so he's quick to clean up after himself. Raul is very detail oriented. He noticed that my area rug needed a little cleaning, so he took care of it without being asked. For free! Can you tell I'm completely impressed with Raul, lol! I'm definitely sticking with Dave's and excited to refer family and friends. You guys have a customer for life!

We originally made the appointment with Dave. We had to reschedule a few times due to our busy schedule & Dave was super understanding & kind about it every time. We had a very strange experience at first, a shorter Hispanic man showed up & was extremely rude, wouldn't even say hello when we answered the door & was trying to add $50 on the price we were quoted. He then called a lady over the phone who we were told is the "office manager" who was extremely rude & kept saying that in her opinion the job is worth more. She kept making comments criticizing Dave & how he handled his business. Then the technician said he was going to step outside & he left. We went outside looking for him & he was gone. We tried calling him many times to ask if he was coming back but he kept hanging up on us. We then got ahold of Dave & explained the situation, he was once again very kind & understanding about the whole thing. He sent over Tony & Jason that same day & they were extremely kind, professional & did an outstanding job on our carpet. Our carpet was in pretty bad shape as we have a big dog, 3 kids, & haven't had it shampooed in years & they made it look brand new. Overall we are definitely happy with the service & we will be back. I would absolutely recommend Dave, Tony, & Jason to family & friends for their upholstery cleaning.

Dave's is the best carpet cleaning company!! they're amazing. I have been using them for years. Totally reliable, fast appointmentsand very affordable. My dog pees everywhere and I'm amazed at what they are able to make go away! it's like they gave me back a brand new house! I was able to get 100% of my deposit back on the last house I rented because of them! Can't recommend them enough.

They clean the carpets and great price .They don’t try to add extra footage when they’re there at your house and charge you another hundred dollars like most of the carpet places if you want a real deep cleaning and a bang for your buck Dave’s is the place

I was very pleased with Dave's carpet cleaning. I hired them to clean my couch, chair and pillows. They arrived on time, we're friendly, and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs furniture upholstery cleaned.
