Hair lifted the very next day and all I got was a simple ponytail, she used Bobby pins to hold the bun in place which I have never seen in my life so not only was I robbed out of $90 but the lady wanted more money after she seen I had a spot in the middle of my head that’s easy to cover if your a “real” stylist smh disappointed and will never come back plus it looks like they only specialize in cuts, press and curls anyway

When I asked Sandy to do my full head sew in weave she graciously accepted and told me to grab 2 bundles and a closure. Now I have NEVER had a closure so i was nervous! I didn't want the lace showing and I didn't want glue in my head. I kept telling Sandy (stylist) how nervous I was about the closure and she finally said " trust me, I got you." In my mind I heard shut up I got this..lol! And i must say, that is why she's the professional in this field. I am a satisfied customer! She did an amazing job! The other stylist in the shop were hilarious with great vibes! I will be back

I came in to get my hair dyed, and was told to reach out to Nadia by a coworker. I don't get my hair coloured often and my last colour was 8 months ago so I have pretty significant roots.For some reason, Nadia didn't dye my roots, which I didn't notice until the end because I could see she was covering my entire strands with the dye. When I saw the roots weren't done she said she "should have checked in first". I don't know why the assumption wasn't that I would want my whole hair dyed. I foolishly felt bad for her and figured I would deal with it.After sleeping on it, I still felt bad with my 8-month old roots and texted her to see if she could fix it. She accepted although she told me she would charge me again, albeit a little bit less, which I found a little distasteful since it meant paying twice for a single service. However the fix didn't happen either as Nadia ended up ghosting me.Serves me right for not requesting a fix then and there.--3/26After seeing my review on Yelp, Nadia reached out and pretended she had me booked for an appointment (the last text we had exchanged was me asking when she was available). I told her I wasn't comfortable being charged twice for her mistake, and she 1) lied by saying she was only charging for products used (she had said she would "only charge for partial highlights"), then consented to bringing the price down (half of 125, which she claimed is 75... she was determined to get me to pay more),and 2) she doubled down on not taking responsibility by claiming that having roots out is "a technique and a trend called ombré) as if I'm a moronand 3) ghosted again when despite it all, I figured I'd eat the BS additional cost.All this for what? To save her pride? She couldn't just say she messed up and just fix it? Horrid, dishonest behaviour.Service: Hair coloring

I went to Dei three time to get my hair done she was late to each appointment. One she showed up drunk and burned out sooo much of my hair. I would not recommend ANYONE to this salon. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went to the hair shop to get my very first hair cut by Erica. She was highly requested by a few friends of mines and I really like the pictures she posted on her Instagram. Because i wanted a pixie cut, I had to book a consultation according to her website. I was fine with that and booked for 9:30am. I got there on time and I walked in and asked for her and was told she hadn't arrived yet. I then checked my phone to see she messaged me on Instagram she was running behind. So I end up waiting on her for an hour, just to be seen for 5 minutes and sent on my way. I should of known better then but I said she came highly recommended so go for it and she was really nice. The day comes for me to get my hair cut, I get there again on time, 9:30am and when I walked in she was there but she was still doing a weave in another clients hair. I waited 2 hours for her to finish her other clients hair. So now it's 11:30 and she started my hair, she ask me before she started for my inspiration photos again then proceeded to start cutting. She told me that for the color I wanted she would have to bleach my hair and because of that she would leave the perm in for long. Yes, she permed and bleach my hair same day. Then walks in her 12:30 Appointment. So now all I got was a wash and I'm sitting under the dryer and she is taking the weave out of her next client. I sat there for so long even her fellow stylist ask where she go. Now it's 1:30 and it turns out she left and went to get Rally's. Then she starts my color. I asked for an Auburn, burnt orange color. My hair was so damn bright I was almost blonde, I told her I wanted it darker and she puts an orange on it literally a shade higher from what I said. Mind you I showed her the color BEFORE she started. Now here comes her 2:30 appointment. So no there's three of us and she's literally trying to do all of our hair at the same time. Now I asked for a big bang and she then cut all my damn hair off. She cut one sideburn, left the other one. She asked me straight or curly but at this point it didn't matter my hair was a disaster, so I said curls. Needless to say cause I'm sure you got the picture, my hair was a damn mess and i didn't walk out of there until 4:30pm. 7 hours in the shop to be over cut, over processed, over it! I even said I looked crazy well I was in the shop in front of her. Then I went home to make dinner and the entire hairstyle sweated out. $300 wasted! The only reason why I gave her 2 stars is because she was really nice and made me feel comfortable being there but than that I will never be back!

My experience at Salon was amazing. Everyone was nice and focused on making everyone look amazing. I even saw a lady ask for a duck tale and the stylist did a wonderful job. I never thought a duck tale could level up. This is a place you will leave feeling and looking amazing. I will definitely be back. Thank you

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EBONI. She's THA ‼. I NEVER leave disappointed. She's been doing my hair for almost 20 years and I'll follow her to the ends of the earth. It's hard to find someone that actually does a good job consistently. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EBONI
