Hopefully you read this review before going to this nightmare location if this is how Daniels is being handled then no one should have any part of this scam jury company. I just recently purchased three pieces of jewelry from this location for my wife and five month year-old daughter. After a couple days my wife discovered on the back of her new pair of earrings which were supposed to be 14k One of the earrings was actually 10k. We took the earrings back and they replaced The earrings with 14k . The very same day my wife decided to check my daughters earrings and try them on her . Before my wife could put the earrings on my daughters ears the earring started falling apart A diamond pop out and literally a piece of the earring broke off. So now we have to take my daughters earrings back. Of course they did not want to refund my money back for the earrings after all the money I spent at this Daniels. They made it very difficult to exchange to our satisfaction. The staff didn’t seem too concerned about the quality of the merchandise Or the well-being of the customer. After all the money I spent at this location I also purchased our wedding ring at this location completely paid off . We also Felt and got the impression that they were looking at us as if this was our fault for their defective earrings. I would expect better customer service , better quality of jewelry this experience was like purchasing from a local swap meet unbelievable. They will not be taking my hard earned money anymore and just giving replacement items to my unsatisfaction. Also I will be closing my Daniels credit accounts ASAP and taking my business elsewhere. If you haven’t started with them don’t you will walk away one day unsatisfied trust me.

I stoped by Daniels today to purchase a ring for my wife and received such great service that I felt I should give the lady’s here a 5 star review the girl that attended me was very helpful and insightful and helped me pick out the perfect gift for my wife

I wish I knew I will find unhelpful two ladies which I forgot to check their names batches,first my Future husband got me a earrings later after two days to find out they where not match the stoppers one says 10 and the other one says 14 and I was like how am I sure if I was given the right item anyway I took it back and i asked for exchange to a different item since I needed exchange second the same day I took the earrings for my daughter to put on her when I was getting ready to put on her it started falling apart and that’s when I told my fiancé we will return tomorrow and exchange or get the money back since the 7days was not over, when we get there I got at least close to what I wanted but we have to pay more money which my fiancé had said it’s not worth it to buy jewelry and you find it’s not the same or it’s falling apart the very fast time you’re about to wear it,I was completely Unsatisfied with the exchange of my daughter’s jewelry which I could have gotten my money back since seven days was not over I found out that they don’t follow what you sign all they care is money I will ask my fiancé to cancel his account with Daniels since we can’t get satisfied all ?

Very poor customer service. Spend your money else where. They don’t care about the customer, just want your moneyThey also don’t specify that it’s only a one time exchange policy within 30 days. I went to exchange and Yesenia never said this is final sale nor did she say it’s a one time exchange policy.Honest customer service would verbally tell the customer this transaction is final before they make the purchase.

I went in to get a custom ring and I waited 30 minutes till I could get help and someone asked me if I needed help and I said what I wanted and they walked away to ask someone else.

We had the worse experience at this Daniels, “Ariadna” 317 sales person has the worse customer service. My son came to visit and her attitude towards us was unacceptable. Hope they remove her because she made me not want to ever walk into another Daniels jewelers.
