These guys are the best.They got me into my wheelchair initially though the medicare process which took three months. But they persevered. They put me in my first wheelchair and now 5 years later they put me in a new chair. These folks were always there for me, DJ and Jose. Yea, there were ups and downs with the wheelchairs but they got me back moving, and for a handicapped person thats critical. You can't do better then this company and their people! I highly recommend DW Medical, just great. LT

I have a severe condition that creates such pain in my legs called Neuropathy. So, I was set up with my primary care Dr. who put me in touch with these wonderful and compassionate people. No, I'm not a family member! Samuel works or owns for the company and does just about everything. He knows it all! If he doesn't, he isn't ashamed in say "let me get back to you on that". He is the only one involved in my medical care who gave me his call number. Don't expect it! I'm just saying how dedicated he is. I have never had a no response when texted or called. I've also had the best techs come out to my home. I feel very fortunate for the equipment I got and the service that Samuel backs up! It's an awesome piece of equipment that restores your freedom and dignity. Not having to have others do everything gets old. They totally transform your life. From the assessment to the sizing. Everything is so precise and perfect. I won't say I haven't had a couple problems with my product but, it was new to me and I can take some responsibility. As for the service. You can't ask for better service. They always work around your appointments and schedule and couldn't be more accommodating. Samuel is da man! Thanks Samuel for your products, prayers and inspiration. Knowing you and your people are in my corner makes a giant difference for me!

The Worst Ever! We have a home health agency, ordered a walker for a patient with them. After 12 days, they still didn't even have the patient's name in their system. Rude incompetent people. Don't waste your time with this place. If I could give them zero star, I would have.

I totally agree with ALL of the posted reviews. I don't know how they stay in business or make money unless this is a front. Never received my product or credit after numerous contacts. Avoid this business at all costs, I wish I had. EF

I have never before came across such a horrible service, such lack of regard or care for the customer on the part of any company in any industry! So, one star it truly a generous rating! Can we just have a "thumbs down" instead? I've called this company 4 times in the last three weeks and have gotten a "promise" from a receptionist that the walker desperately needed by my 92-year old uncle is going to be delivered any day. They've had this walker available for the last 5 weeks, yet they just can't figure out how to deliver it. My uncle has been released from a hospital rehab five weeks ago, and can barely get around on his own, he is in so much pain and is totally unstable. He has already slipped a couple of times trying to get around, yet this company doesn't seem to give a damn. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them EVER! Trust me, you are better off going elsewhere!

I wish I had read these reviews before I contacted DJ. I agree with all the negative reviews below. If you want to waste your valuable time and end up w/nothing go see DJ. I wish there was a -0 rating.
