The Pharmacy has the most incompetent individuals working. How can you be at work coughing filing peoples medical prescriptions Yuck. I would never come and get anything from here. These people don't care about anyone but themselves. It's RIDICULOUS HOW YOU PEOPLE TREAT PEOPLE THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SERVING. FIRE THEM ALL THEY DON'T WANT TO WORK.

Waited in line for 1/2 hour just to find out that equipment I needed for a minor medical procedure was not available. Staffing was inadequate and wait time way.too lengthy.
Most customers were disgruntled.
The pharmacy management need to do much better.

I should put a zero star for the associate (Latino guy) who gave me an attitude when I was waiting for a customer’s substitution approval, he made me wait a long line even though I was there before anyone else was there. He definitely does not understand first come first served. I think he was racist, since he wanted to take care of all the Hispanic people and not me, since I was the only Asian American there

Email & text notifications to pickup, fill, or contact medical providers (for expired prescriptions) is very helpful and accurate.

This store sold me a used prepaid gift card and does not refund your money so I was fraudulently scammed out of $100.00 and I don't trust my credit card info is safe with them. BEWARE when buying gift cards from them they do not care about protecting their customers and purchases made within their store.

Inglewood CVS in Hawthorne very poor customer service over the phone. Receive a text message of being out of stock on my prescription four days ago. No follow up. I had to call to follow up just to be told it would not be end until tomorrow. I inquired about the medication at another CVS store, was told they Might have it at another store. I have been to the Inglewood Pharmacy in person, very poor service, six or seven staff behind the counter with over ten customers waiting in line and one staff at the counter. I did not choose CVS I was transfered from Rite Aid across the street. I am looking for another pharmacy service provider and not recommended CVS to anyon.

Ruby King that works at this pharmacy is very inconsiderate I started my trip in the drive up to get my sons medication in which they stated it wasn't ready after being called over 4 hours ago. Then I was told I had to pay a payment had to walk in give his insurance card to stand in a line over again for 20 mins for them to realize my medication was covered to wait an additional 30 mins.. this place is sad.

Worst experience dealing with a pharmacy. Spent over 50 minutes just waiting in line at the "pick up" line, just to finally get there and be told I had to go to the "drop off" line. Only one girl was manning the pick-up line when there were at least 5 people in the back that could have opened another lane.Don't even get me started on the disorganization and the time it takes them to even find your medicine. Horrible experience. I will never fill any prescription here. Everyone should avoid headache and frustration!
