Customers are encouraged to get the Reward Extra Buck Card, which is described as very useful—just add your phone number, and it’s ready to use. Overall, CVS is seen as a helpful, friendly store that strives to serve its community well.
Waited in line for 1/2 hour just to find out that equipment I needed for a minor medical procedure was not available. Staffing was inadequate and wait time way.too lengthy. Most customers were disgruntled. The pharmacy management need to do much better.
