THE WORST. Been waiting 35 min for flu shots, even with an appointment. They just took someone before us that arrived 25 min AFTER us! Terrible store, pharmacy, dirty, scant merchandise. NEVER again.

They don't even alert you when your online order is ready and have attitude when you call about it!!! The store Mgr. "Emmy",needs to hire people who want to provide the best service to their customer's!!!

Worst CVS. What a JOKE of a pharmacy. People go here to get the medicine they need and this man who sounded HIGH and slow just hung up on me when I asked him to transfer over a prescription for my three year old daughter. The wait time is 90 - 120 mins and I asked if he can send it to another one and he said yes and when I was about to tell him another pharm, he said to call Marina Del Rey and hung up on me. When he just said he would do it for me. He waited like 10 seconds only. So rude. And before any of that he said he couldn't transfer it but I said I've done it before and now all of a sudden he could. What kind of patient care is that! That pharmacist should get fired. My only regret is not getting his name. If this is the treatment, I wonder if they even care to fill the RX properly. Avoid at all costs! For the manager reference - call made on 01/18/23 at 10:00pm.

I went in to the CVS on Market Street today. I was waiting in line. I had placed an order online. It was ready for pickup. Now I am a stroke. My speech is not the best. So I went into the CVS with the email. Showing the order number and my last name. I was there and this young lady was asking me what did I oder. I said that I remember ? My name and order number: 436267180 to an associate at the checkout counter at the front of the store." This is the text message that I had showed her and she kept asking me what was I did I buy? As I got more upset. She said that UPS and pictures had ordered number. I would hope that CVS has different numbers for UPS and pictures? She kept on talking at me about how she needed to know what was in it. NOW, I gave her the order number. The same number is on the bag and my number. This lady didn't know me. I could have been some unstable person. I kept telling her that this was "bullshit" and she said that it was not "what I just said" so I left and asked what her name was. She said Christy or something like that. Now, I am setting here with my online order. Now, was I wrong? I went to there showing her my text message from CVS with my name D.Dennis with my order number 436267180. I told her both. Someone please tell me what I did that was wrong? She kept asking me what did I oder? I told her some powder and candy.. but the bag has staples on it. What if I was not the person who ordered it. I told her to go by the number that I gave her. She read my text message from CVS..This is the last time that I will go to this CVS. I have had problems with this store in the past. So, very unprofessional service. This employee needs to be retrained and to keep her mouth closed. She was antagonisting me. I am 57 years old. I don't appreciate some little child playing with me. (This happen 6/25/2022 around 1:30ish). I am going to miss this CVS. It's open 24 hours a day. But I can get treated like crap anywhere..but at least give me a reason to be treated like crap. I am done with this CVS!! I may cancel my awards account. Anyway...

I'm officially never going to this CVS again. I went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy is pretty good about getting the line down fast so while I was in there, this guy and a young lady had a very loud verbal altercation over something about the restroom, the altercation was over pretty fast, but no store security responded. After getting my Rx I got infamous long coupon receipt and decided to take advantage and use some of the coupons. Everything I wanted to buy was behind locked glass. So now I would have to go up to the checkout ,request someone to come unlock the case and then wait for who knows how long for help. It's almost demeaning! It's not like this in nicer neighborhoods which by the way I'm going to transfer my Rx to. And besides all that the parking lot is filthy.

I go there too pick up my medication since I live about a mile away from this CVS location and the staff here is pretty amazing there the best. Yeah waiting in the line to pick up the medication can be exhausting because I've seen the line be as big as the whole store and you're literally just waiting for almost an hour to pick up your medication which can be really exhausting but the pharmacist always do what they can to make sure I'm satisfied

If there are actual pharmacists that work there, then they don't do their jobs. Called multiple times and they hung up on me every time. And I thought Walgreens was bad enough...

I will never set foot in ANY CVS due to my interaction with pharmacist Amy yesterday, Sunday 4/18!! The absolute worst experience I've had and sadly it is because this store is in Inglewood, and apparently Amy don't like black folks she literally was looking like she was possessed to not fill my prescription even after speaking to my Dr who was nice enough to call her on Sunday, because she was "suspicious". CVS will never see another dime from me or my family, on everything!!!!!!!!

I come here routinely to pick up moms prescription. Once I get the text message alert from CVS that says "Your Rx is ready," The prescription is readily available for pick up. Don't visit the pharmacy if your message says "your Dr. did not authorize to refill." If you get that message, call your doctor's office, directly. Don't leave it up to CVS to contact your doctor. If you do, it may take CVS a lot longer to get into contact with your doctor and they may not succeed. Best time to pick up prescriptions in under five minutes is between midnight and 7am. Anything after that time and you will experience long af lines and people who don't like to socially distant. You may also experience distant parking in CVS shared parking lot. Which is attributed to downtown Inglewood employees and Inglewood courthouse visitors who park their vehicle in the CVS shared parking lot and walk to work or court.
