They teach proper form, provide step-by-step guidance, and adjust or modify workouts to suit each individual's pace, current capabilities, and skill level. Highly recommend, everyday is a different exercise routine, keeping exercises interesting and challenging. Coach Mike, motivates us to push ourselves while ensuring that we maintain the correct exercise form. I have been attending for a little over a month now, and I can already feel myself getting stronger.
