Update 6/24/21 I Finally got a hold of the IRS regarding the third party bank account, that THIS tax service uses to to send its refunds to their customers. The company name Preferred Processing Solutions in Waco, TX Come to find out the check was sent to the IRS however there wasn't any indication why the check was sent back to the IRS. They did not process it so the money was in the IRS ACCOUNT waiting to receive information on why the check was sent back. Long story short all they had to do was send a notice to the IRS on why the check was returned so they can issue me a new one. Now I have to wait another 4-6 weeks SMH I will never refer anyone to them and, I will never return.

Charles Pegs (aka Chuck) is definetly the man you need when it comes to financial problems and taxes. He has been doing taxes for over 26 years and is knowledgable and a LEGIT TAX MAN! The best nationwide! I recommend him to all my family and friends. He is good at what he does and Maria the receptionist is awesome as well. She is friendly and caring. You can't go wrong with this place. Chuck is honest, straight forward man.
