I arrived at this location at 7am and swiped my card .and did not have access...this is ridiculous.. after hours access doesn't work and it's been like this for a while...??

I was greeted by security and an employee asked if I needed help. She guided me to the right line and offered me a bottle of water. Everyone was polite and helpful and friendly !!

Arrived @10:15pm to withdraw cash from the atm machines. Since their was a card reader I tried to tap my card and insert it. It did not give me access and the card reader stayed red. They do not allow entry after store business hours i guess. Since I tried multiple times and no access. This is shameful.

I really need to start reading more reviews before entering a new place instead of after, because if I had known this bank only had only 24 reviews and 19 were one stars, 1-3 star, 1-4 star and 3-5 stars, I would not have come here for sure. I was here on a Sat. morning before noon, and I waited 25 to 30 mins. before I got to only 2 tellers working, there were 14 people behind me. I fault the manger of the branch, because If they would have had some common sense and knowing it's the weekend and people are off and it's most likely to be busy, they would have had more tellers. Well I will by pass this branch from now on, they just earned another 1-star.

I love my bank, all the tellers are so sweet and it's nice in there, I never have to wait long. I had to write this review after being in Wells Fargo haha.

This branch is unorganized and very inconsiderate. The doors, too, the banks, are smashing out. I tried opening an account in the past 2 weeks. Nobody has been able to help me. 1 star. I would love to speak to the branch manager. It shouldn't take 2 weeks to get help. I will not be opening an account at this location. Do not waste your time here. Im very upset about this experience.

Stay away from this branch! This bank will dispense fake bills. They gave my mother 3 fake $20 bills when she went to pick up her ssi income. When she tried to give them back, they threatened her with the police. Picking on the elderly. Shame on these guys!!

This bank sucks. They purposely deactivated the s swipe outside to get in after hours. Don't go here after hours becauee it won't let you in. So much for being their valued customer
