I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I made and appointment to bring my mother in that’s 79 years old am not very mobile it’s hard for her to get around. Appointment was for 10:30 at 11:18 no one has asked if we were helped nor engaged to see if we wanted to maybe reschedule due to them being behind. It’s such an inconvenience and I will never come back to this branch which is another inconvenience because it’s closes. Maybe this company should look into an elevated training to help train bankers.

Chase bank has fees claiming they give better rates and better account growth. Look at their yearly profits and tell me that makes any sense. This bank is corrupt.

I went to open an account in Inglewoodon Century horrible service. I waited 20 minutes for the next available representative only to be told I'm still busy with my last guess paperwork and the guest was gone. She proceeded to ask her coworker to make me an appointment or go online and set up an account by myself.. He was with a guest and never came over. A third employee approached me to ask if I needed help and I shared my experience. When I ask him if he could help his reply was I'm with a guest also but I could go online to set myself up an appointment for next week The experience was very disheartening in my community. I hope they don't treat everyone like me.. Chase you must do better.

Not a lot of help. Sounds like understaffed and didn't know when she'd be getting coverage.

If you’re disabled or handicap in any capacity, please avoid coming to this bank on busy days or during peak hours. There’s no assistance or accommodations for you. You”ll have to stand in line with your cane, walker, chair or with whatever equipment you’re using. The staff here could care less about their clients with disabilities.

One star for this branch. First attempt into seeing a teller was told to book an apt. Called no answer. Second time around came on a Monday spoke to the girl outside said I needed to make an appointment. I told her I had already tried that had no luck that's why I came back. She said does it have to be at this branch because this one doesn't pop up! So why offer an appointment. Poor service!!!

Beware of the drive-thru ATM! I attempted to deposit $500.00-(4$100 bills, 5-$20 bills) the ATM stated I deposited $360!! There is a button to cancel transaction which I did and took my money elsewhere to a whole different area. Be aware!!

I HAVE NOT dealt with an inside bank employee in almost a decade. So I cant tell you about their customer service. I am an ATM withdrawal/deposit customer. Their atm machines are usually available, 24 hours daily (unless they are under maintenance or out of order). I RARELY use their drive thru atms. Because they only dispense in $20 denominations. I MAINLY use their inside atms. Because I am allowed to withdraw in multiple denominations ($5, $10, $20, $50, and $100), provided that the amounts are in $20 increments or $100 increments (for $50 denominations). Whenever I go to the inside ATM machine, after hours, there is always some scared af person inside. They stare at me crazy when Im approaching the door. But once I tug on door handle, they turn their head like they dont see me trying to get inside. Omg just open the damn door as a courtesy. Because if I were a b&&$ a&& criminal, who was up to no good, I can easily swipe my atm card a few more times to successfully enter or just wait until you exit. Remember that punk criminals prey on the fearful and can sense it from a mile away. Bottomline, stay vigilant at all times. If you come to the atm after hours and you are scared af, my advice is to come during the daytime. I get tired of encountering scared as a church mouse people who come here after hours. Just stay home or send a vigilant motherf&&$ to do your after hours atm transactions.
