First room i got looked like this! Unacceptable! Told the guy to switch my room, he did. What I didn't like about his wife is that when it came to checking out. She's already at the door knocking hard as hell literally on the dot. Told me and my husband need to hurry up and get out of there right now! Never coming to Casa Bell again. She was so rude and disrespectful. Husband was apologetic about the room being dirty but if SHE just learned how to be quiet everything would've turned out smooth. Thanks for the worse experience at this location whatever your name was. Don't want to call her out her name..

The motel has been re-modeled and super clean. Can't believe how nice it is for the price and the location near SoFi stadium. Highly recommend.

It saddens me to write this review, however the way my love and I were treated by the lady working at the check-In window was disgusting. Her demeanor and attitude was very off-putting. Usually when we book rooms through Expedia the stipulations will state weather a deposit is required or if payment is needed for on-site parking. Their listing did not however they have a $50 deposit requirement posted on their window. Paying the deposit was not the issue, however when it was mentioned that this is something that should be posted on their listing. The lady got extremely rude and told us it doesn't matter, since we are from la we should know this, we should have called in advance. Well what about others that are not from la I thought.... She then got very belligerent and said some other things. I said please mam, you are in a customer service position and customer centricity should be your focus due to the fact that customers write reviews based on the way they are treated and their experience at your establishment which affects your money. We then told her we would pay the deposit and she refused to accept it due to her not wanting to take the chance on receiving a bad review and she cancelled our reservation. IF YOU APPRECIATE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.......STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THAT HERE!

I have been enjoying our stay at the Casa Bell Motel. The hospitality that we've received thus far from Amy, and her husband has been PHENOMENAL! Also Rosa the house keeper is very polite and clean. And the area itself is okay in my personal opinion. I HIGHLY recommend this Motel to anyone if you are looking for an affordable Motel in Inglewood CA.

We got in late paid 160$ for a room that should have been 100 . Then when I asked for 2 more towels , the lady said no. ! For 160$ you would think that you get more than two puny Towels . And that lady had no costumer skills. Rude as hell . Don't come here! They treat you not as a guest, but as an enemy . Hospitality is nil here. They don't know about hospitality. Here . I can get treated like crap for 100$ anywhere else around here. I thought since I paid 60$ more than the going rate , I would get better service . Nope I was wrong x.

If I could explain how bad the service from the lady at the front was I'd write a chapter book. Very rude and inconsiderate. My flight was delayed and my sister got there before me and asked to use the bathroom and she said no. I even called ahead of time and said they are arriving there before me and said can we park and the lady said yes and things changed when they arrived. The lady said you better move your car in 15 min or we are going to tow it. Even though we already paid

This place was an absolute disappointment. Do yourself a favor do not come here. On Priceline they advertised a spa room as smoking which was complete false advertising. The manager was a woman who was super unpleasant and I would never want anyone to go through what I went through that again. Don't come here.

Cashier was rude and not professional, we did not want to stay in the room , we felt like it was too small for the price and they did not honor our refund because my friend had used the bathroom when it was an emergency.

One of the worst motels I've ever stayed at mostly because it was over priced. They have a lot of nerve charging more then $40 a night for this dump. Wifi didn't work, connected but no internet. Room was filthy, found pills in the floor and shaving residue on the wall by the sink. Couldn't even take a decent hot shower, kept going cold.

The place could have been cleaner and the people nicer.Review UPDATE: I left something in the room and have called them incessantly, they keep on telling me to call back. I will continue to do so until they give me an answer, honestly worst costumer service!
