I spent over $70 on two (2) bags of chitterlings which were supposed to be cleaned however, they were not!!! It appeared that they were only "washed" and they were not the best chitterlings I've seen. There are other local meat markets that have higher quality and "cleaned" chitterlings for less!!! This Ralphs (and others) is ridiculously high!!!

Arrived at this Ralphs at 11:50. i tried walking in but the security guard (black) would not let me in!! i asked for the manager(black) and when she came out she laughed and said, "get out". horrible customer service. Shopped here 3 times and left unsastified everytime. Do not go here unless you want to be made fun of!

The worse ralphs ever!!!! No baskets inside the store the ones outside are locked. You asked someone (black lady with braids in a ponytail) hello good afternoon. Could you assist me in locating a shopping basket? Aaaa asked that guy over there with the utility vest. Ok thanks. I ask him he immediately tells me someone should be one there with the key. Clearly I would have asked him if I'd seen a man in a bright orange jacket no one is OUT THERE. SOOO I'll go to a different store. Customer service is trash... inventory trash....cleanliness trash. Negative stars. Need new management.

[email protected]. I was doing a instacart order and it was online. Jesse scanned the barcode three times; the first time he claims he didn't scan it. He was talking to another customer, who wasn't in line, about being over charged for milk! The manager, Austin was on lunch break. I called the store over 6 times, and no one would answer. After Jesse scanned the barcode three times, he said the order wasn't showing paid. He told me to call Instacart. I did, they changed the order from online to regular pay! Unorderly, my phone had technical issues and wouldn't let me complete the order. They ended the order, and I didn't get paid! I had two customers and customer B I was only receiving 3 bucks for the entire order! Customer A I was getting paid 8 bucks! I shopped for both customers for nothing! This is why every time I come to this location I barely want to speak! Once my nonprofit start generating funding you guys will never see me doing Instacart again!!! Mistakes happen but you guys get paid way more than me, this is why so many people don't shop at these stores in the poorer neighborhoods!

5/5 for selection & early hours1/5 for wildly inconsistent customer service. 3/5 overall. The good: as others have already said, the store itself is nice: clean , easy to find stuff, the shelves aren't empty, and there's no lines in the early morning. The bad: extremely inconsistent customer service at the self-check. There's some who are great. But the bad cashiers are .. the opposite. I've gone to this ralphs for years, and I've tolerated it, but as of today I am done.Like many of the other reviewers here who had bad experiences, I made an honest mistake: I couldn't hear what that the cashier was saying to me. my earbuds were on loud. The cashier goes "UM HELLOOOOOO....... !!! LISTEN TO WHAT I SAID!!!!" I flinched, totally thrown off. I said 'oh I'm so sorry, I didn't hear you.' They weren't having it at all, and just got really , really heated. I locked up. I had never seen a staffer get like this with a customer , over such a small , totally unintended mistake, in all my years. I tried to apologize. But when I stop and think about it, I'm not that sorry. I would NEVER talk like this to a customer. I never have. And never will. I'm only sorry I had to deal with that employee. There's great ralphs staff there. But MAN, the bad ones have really just pushed me away, indefinitely. I'm out. It was a nice bunch of years. Bye

I like the food and other items that I'm able to get there from Ralphs. I just find it hard some time to find out where certain items are because they're not post it that well. And hard to find sometimes other than that I think it's a great store.

Larry is a great employee! He's hands down the best! Very friendly and fast . Always comes right out fast with my pick up order! He does his job right! Appreciate you. Definitely goes above and beyond!

Don't buy anything fresh here. On multiple visits I've found expired kids yogurt on the shelves, moldy cheese and most recently expired bread they had the nerve to put a new date on in an attempt to cover up the original expiration date. They don't stand for quality and whenever I call attention to this the staff just keeps going like I never spoke. This store is the worst!

Breana and all the Cashier's at this location need to check their negative attitude at the door! Especially, the Cashier that use to work at the Crenshaw and Slauson location, before they closed that store down! You should have been fired when that store was closed down! All you do is get paid to TALK!

Saying this Ralphs has poor management is too positive of a statement. Management is nonexistent here. I ordered a themed specialty cake for my son's birthday. When I got there for the scheduled pickup, I was told no one is working in the bakery today. Huh? I can't even put into words how I felt.It was a Saturday, so there were many others coming in to pick up cakes for parties. This Ralphs single handedly ruined birthdays and celebrations all over town. You can't tell a child he doesn't have a cake for their birthday. So there I was driving all over town looking for a cake that could be written on. I also called a few local bakeries; but to get a last minute cake on a Saturday was just stressing me out. Westchester Ralphs had no white cakes. I guess people had already run over there. Then it was on to El Segundo on Mariposa. They had 1 white cake. I was still disappointed, but relieved I got something. However, to our dismay, the cake turned out to be dry and tasted like it was on its last day before it would start molding. EMBARRASSING!!! Their review is coming next. I know somebody raised hell in there about not getting their order. They're lucky I'm not that type because they partly ruined my child's day. At this point, I believe a CORPORATE intervention can only correct this store.

I just wanted to acknowledge the prompt and friendly service that I received today from Betty L. (cashier) and Nickolas (bagger). Now that the Ralphs on Slauson and Crenshaw is closed, I have to often go to the Ralphs in Inglewood to pick up groceries. So much is going on and it is nice to be able to read smiles underneath the masks. In addition to seeing that the staff is working hard to make your trip to the groceries a pleasant experience. I hope that you are able to remain open and keep employees that these two working.

Today I encountered the rudest employee. Not only was she on her phone not working, but she was also VERY rude and unprofessional. Management needs to do better. In self checkout I saw a screen that was on, apparently someone left their items to go back shopping. I asked the employee if the register was opened, her answer, "Can't you see the people's stuff is right there?!" With an attitude. It was obvious that I didn't see the items, I just saw an open space with an open self check out monitor. That is NO way of speaking to a customer.

Store just ghetto now. Employees be huddled up playing and laughing. The younger employees, young girl and boy, be ducked off in the back of the store like love connection. Lines be long, no customer service. Last time at this location.

The food was fresh and all that good stuff, yes, clean and high prices as usual. However the one worker there he shined that damn red beam scanner in my eyes TWICE, YES... and not Consecutively, I'm like stop doing that That s*** could blind ppl seriously. please don't do that. Then he asked me did I have a problem with him I'm like WHAT!! Uh umm no. I don't even know you sir, I'm here just to buy food and get back on to my life. That's when he shined that damn laser light again. Like really who does that.
