Pushy salesman, added $1000 accessories for no reason and it's not itemized according to my Credit Union and the car is in worst condition than advertised. See it in person and have your own financing ready if you're a Tier 1 credit otherwise good luck.

Buyer BEWARE!! WORST dealer we had visited in the past 2 days. Drove hours to see a vehicle for it to have BLOOD stains on the headliner, decided to look at another vehicle on the lot when I opened the doors & it literally smelled like straight vomit! It was SO disgusting. My husband drove another car that was priced around $7200, He decided it was a decent car for our daughter (I personally did not think so, should had walked out when my gut told me to) My husband decided to sit down and see about financing since we were already pre approved through capital one for well over that amount. However, he had to fill out an application and was told to wait to see the finance manager. We did not know while we were waiting, they were banging his credit for DOUBLE what the asking price was. Stating they charge $2500 for the extended warranty they added to the car already which was the powertrain warranty from Kia, how can you charge for something that was already charged on the car when it was brand new? It only had like 17,000 miles left on that warranty anyhow. How does a dealer come up with $7,000-$8,000 in fees on top of the price of the vehicle?!?! Trying to get approval for almost $14,000 and that was with $1,000 down... WTF.They charged DOUBLE the fees than any other dealer we went to. WHAT A RIP OFF. We will be filing complaints with BBB, credit bureaus, etc. They are Scammers!!!BEWARE. Go elsewhere to buy your car

Sick to my stomach. I've flown to places to buy cars before. I generally know how to do it right. First, the carfax looked great. Service history on the car looked questionable (long periods in between service with little miles driven) but not unheard of in Los Angeles either. The last car I bought was a no-mile, time-capsule gem from Los Angeles. I negotiated a top dollar price of $62k with Car Lux (based upon supposed like-new mileage and super clean condition), got checks and took a one way 530am flight to LA to get the car. Before flying down, I talked with these guys multiple times to confirm the condition of the supposed "like new" 5800 mile car.Due to available flights, I had to sit in a coffee shop for 2 hours to wait for them to open.Unable to see in the pictures provided, I get there only to find: hood and front bumper don't line up, undisclosed damage/scratches, definitely looks like it some crash repair, misaligned fender liners, dislodged rear exhaust diffuser/valence. Tires clearly worn past 5800 miles. That was enough for me. Car was filthy dirty on top of it. I bet I would have found a lot more interesting info, if I had brought it to the pre-purchase inspection and had the car scanned! It literally took me less than 60 seconds to see all these issues and start hailing an uber to get the heck out of there. Not only did they waste my day, but this cost me $400 in flights/uber rides and crushed the idea of driving home in a nice, like-new used dream car. What a shady, dishonest and unprofessional stealership. I had plenty of time to think about the experience, sitting in the airport, waiting for my flight home. Disgusted. What a disappointment. By looking at this dealer online, I should have known better. Thanks for nothing Car Lux!

No need to waste more $ on that. Car was filthy dirty on top of it. They sold us a lemon, after 2 months our car has to have a new transmission...Sam, Pete, and Chance are only nice when we were looking at the car and once issue started happening they were rude and "we will call you back" don't buy from them, we were so happy and excited about our car and boom literally after two months, trasmisson went out, I'm not afraid to tell the truth, I would have been a lot more nice if they tried to help us out but all they care about is the money, all scammers..

I would highly recommend Car Lux to anyone needing a good vehicle. I appreciate Marco, my salesman. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the cars I looked at. He handled everything professionally, plus, he has a great sense of humor.Again, I highly recommend your establishment. Thank you.Vicki Landers

Spoke to a guy who was extremely rude and a smart ass in detailing my "options". I asked for out the door price and the guy seems like a crook and said he wouldn't say the out the door price/estimate. I was telling him, that's no way to treat a customer and he cut the call! Wow!There is a reason why cars are not selling even though they seem decent on paper. Sales Reps act entitle and are pretty rude for no reason..

I had a wonderful experience at Car Lux. I submitted an inquiry through their website a received a response within 24-hours. Everyone was professional, friendly, patient and very kind. I test drove a few of their cars and purchased my car the same day. They have a huge selection of extremely nice cars. My Sales Associate, Carlos was excellent! He's very patient and gave honest feedback. The Sales Manager, Nick is awesome! I had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, Sean, who is a great guy. Great energy all the way around. The setup us very inviting and actually fun. It's a great vibe with wonderful people throughout the organization.

Car Lux is an absolute advertising scam!! The advertised prices are not honored. I've experienced their deceptive marketing schemes first hand on two different occasions. They are able to achieve Their financial dishonesty most likely because they cater to individuals with less than perfect credit desperate to obtain a vehicle of any kind. This group is unwilling to file complaints with the California Department of Consumer Affairs.I'm currently in contact with this governmental agency attempting to correct their dishonesty and I'm also consulting with a law firm to bring justice to those whom they have taken advantage of. I spoke to several individuals claiming to be managers. Even if you offer to pay their advertise price in cash they will refuse to sell you the vehicle. This is a violation of both state and federal law and the Federal Trade Commission has also be informed. It's only a matter of time until their demise.

Came with my friend to see a car he was interested in buying. Once we entered the office we were not greeted by one person in there. First thing someone asked is if we had an appointment. Literally there was no customers but us there. We decided it was not the car for us and the audacity the man had to say “don’t worry we will sell it by the end of the week” Someone was there also getting maintenance on his car and they “forgot” to tell him his car was ready. Poor guy was sleeping on the lounge chair outside. Horrible customer service.

When i went to Carlux i was buying my first car. I was on the phone with Sam and he promised that the price that was on his site was the price i would pay. So i drive and hour and thirty minutes to the place and as we were with the finance manager then all the sudden said there is 3,000 extra in accessories that Sam did not inform us was a thing on the call. Later i asked him why there was no mention of the extra 3 grand, and he said it's in fine print and that they don't put the final cost on their website. Just overall very deceiving, they do that to get you in shop and get you to feel like you have to buy a car. One of the worst experiences i have ever had in my life. Later Sam lied to the finance manager with my family there and said he did inform us over call about the extra 3,000. He did not. Horrible experience.

All of the sales people there are great once they get going. We bought a car over the weekend and noticed some noise and they promised to fix it if indeed it’s a problem. We are having a mechanic check it this week. Otherwise the experience was long but good. They have beautiful luxury cars on their lot.

Found a Jeep online, made an appointment, test drove it and worked out a price. Everyone was helpful. Update. I was 100% scammed by this place. Car has been a nightmare since driving about 50 miles and check engine line came on. No way this is a fluke. Please, do not buy a car from these people. Mario and the Service Center Manager said the car was sold as is and there’s nothing they can do. Mario swore at me on the phone and told me they have lawyers and go ahead and get an attorney. I am shocked this place is in business. This has all happened in the last 30 days. There will be legal action. Seriously, steer clear of this place.
