THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY I EVER BEEN THE EMPLOYEES ARE EXCELLENT SPECIALLY THE GUY THAT WELCOMES U AT THE DOOR I LOVE HIS ATTITUDE HE IS AMAZING, THAN THE MANAGER, THE LADIES Organizing the cashier everyone is doing such an excellent job thank you for my pleasant experience. I don’t usually do reviews at all. But this Burlington is the worst. The first time ever today, I called to ask if any Hello Kitty blankets were in stock, they hung up immediately after asking. I’m sorry if there are aggressive customers but I nicely asked. It’s not my fault there are rude people out there. I have gone here once and employees were rude when I asked. I work in retail where we sell HK blankets and in no way have I responded to my customers that way. We work for the company, I know there’s crazy people out there but they aren’t professional at all. I will be having to call corporate. Called at 4:48pm on a Tuesday. I love Hello Kitty and have shopped for years but I take this bus so I call ahead now. I have never been so disappointed.
