I came in to this boost store to add a line to my existing account. A gentleman by the name Nery assisted me, very nice, welcoming and informative. Nery took me step by step on explaining the changes to my account. I totally recommend this boost store for good customer service.

there is a young guy in this store by the name of Chris who really helped me with getting my Mom a new phone. My Mother went into the store with me and was really undecided on what she wanted. She was torn between getting the Motorola and Samsung, but through Chris decided to go with the iPhone. She's still learning how to work the phone but was immediately playing her games and FaceTiming my niece (her granddaughter). We thank you guys for your assistance and most importantly we thank you Chris for all your help, you did a great job my friend.

I purchased a charger for my Iphone here 3 days later it stopped working . Store employee said after 24 hours returns or refunds are not allowed .

About 5 years ago I locked myself out it was cold, and the employee inside let me wait for 7 hours until my sister came and unlocked my apartment. I bought a few accessories and have not seen the guy since. Just like to thank him for showing some humanity.
