Walked in and i saw 3 workers at the entrance, went to buy shoes couldn't find the shoes or anyone to help.
Honestly i was extremely disappointed with the service. I specifically went to that one because the previous 4 locations told me they had what I was looking for, unfortunately not one of the 5 locations i visted had what I was looking for, soI asked for a raincheck, I mean after visiting 5, not a lot to ask for. Wasn't given one, cause they don't give rainchecks.. Never again Big 5..

This review is for the manager of this store . Your service is horrible . The young cashier was nice , other than that your management needs customer service training . We just left and was in there for a while , not one person offered to help us. As we were leaving , the guy at the door greeted the other person that came in and asked her if she needed help finding something .I ended mentioned you him how come he didn't offer us help and he just ignored us.

So I walked in kind of frantic. The lady Jalienne at the front door was smiling. She direct me to location of the item I was searching for the manager came over and completely took his time with me,Explained everything broke everything down plus the store has a wonderful atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is through the roof. Thank you so much Chris at big 5 Inglewood.
