The customer service is horrible i was nit greeted or spoken to at all Absolutely No may i or can i assist u with anything there was a item on display. Which was reason for me going in just to finally b told that was the last one although after the bad vibe i got i wouldn't have purchased it or anything i won't visit that place ever not even for Directions.

Worst experience ever. I have never shopped somewhere and couldn't exchange clothing. So now I am stuck with a 60$ outfit I cannot exchange and I have receipt. Oh and it was already worn because there's a hole in the seam. Even in covid I've been able to exchange items. So there's no reason why I shouldn't be able to get something different.

At fist I thought the business was black owned, the clothes are nice but customer service is horrible. The lady who works there was very unpleasant and unprofessional starting yelling like she wanted to fight. When you work any customer service job you are told by staff not to be in any convertation with any of the customer you're job is still to be professional at all times and do your job. I know this because I worked for Ross, Nordstrom etc, I will not be returning please train your employees.

I visited this establishment in the beginning of August because I was taking a trip out of the country and hadn't bought anything yet. When I went in I saw so many things that I liked and the manager Judy was exceptional with picking things for my body type. I bought so many items and everything she picked fit beautifully. The same day maybe an hour later I returned and bought more items. The customer service was fantastic. I called my BFF and told her about it and she received the same excellent experience. Our trip was outstanding and the clothes we wore made that happen.

Please beware the lady name joy Chinese women I have paid for my things already out the store the lady watch me outside waited for me to leave something not right with this lady just bad customer service overall nothing in her store fits true to size everything is extra extra small . I will not go back to this place

So I just left the store I was really looking to buy something trying to give them another chance because I saw in another location that they hired an African-American worker well this time around I go in and there are two Hispanic girls I'm the only African-American in the store and they're having a conversation about the Super Bowl the one with the red hair stated that other people were mad because they had two Latinas performing at the Super Bowl and it would've been better for us if we had city girls or somebody which she feels they were too ghetto for the Super Bowl I could've said something but I rather post about them and I walked out of the store how dare you make anything about race and everything about race people like them are the problem today not to mention bad customer service good job with who you hire
