Me and my partner stayed here last night and had a pretty restless night due to an altercation by another guest. There was a lot of arguing, banging, and really disturbing language. We tried calling the front desk from the room, however the phones were not working so we waited until the morning to voice our concerns. We were met by Liz, the property manager who REALLY went out of her way to accommodate us and also assured us that our next stay would be a much more pleasant experience. We know that no matter where we stay, there's always a possibility that there will be drunk guest who just can't hold liquor or get into random arguments, it's human nature. But the most important thing when working in customer service, is how the guest are treated, and as for Liz, she treated us with the utmost respect and really made us feel as though our voices were heard. Thank you Liz for your support in this matter, you are awesome!!!

Location was good for LAX. Parking was a little sketchy for a full size pickup.

Hotel rooms looked very new when we stayed here last summer. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with all the disposable tableware.

I recently stayed at this Best Western, we found the hotel easy to find and plenty of off street parking (@ $10 per day). Check in went smoothly and we headed to our room. The room key did not work (not even a red light) so my wife tried and still the key card did not work. I tried it on the breakfast room door to see if it was the lock or the card and the card did not work on that door either. Back to the front desk and the lady gave us new keys which worked. We opened the room and were hit in the face with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana, for a non-smoker this was a major nuisance. Housekeeping must have thought that leaving the windows open would help air the room out. The large jetted tub was very dirty and looked like it had been there since the hotel was built, disgusting. We went back to the front desk and were told that there were no more jetted tub rooms available so we opted to switch to a regular king room. We went to the assigned room and thought it strange that the door had a privacy please hanger on the handle but surely they would not give us a room with someone already in the room. We opened the door slightly saw someone's belongings on the bed and floor and we immediately left. Back to the front desk; the response was "My computer has all the rooms messed up." Not very reassuring. We were given our 4th set of keys for the 3rd room and the lady mentioned that because we booked through Expedia we would have to call Expedia for a partial refund for the room price difference since we were downgraded with our rooms. I called Expedia and after they talked to the lady at the front desk the Expedia agent let me know that the partial refund would have to be approved by the manager when he returned on Monday. On Tuesday I received an email from Expedia that the hotel manager denied the request of a partial refund of the room price difference between what we paid for and the room that we stayed in. Never have I experienced such poor customer service from a hotel manager as I did at this hotel. I'm sure the manager will post some lame excuse and ask me to stay again after reading this negative review. After reading yelp reviews I believe the manager just puts on a good front for his poor service, his team did mostly ok other than sending to an occupied room. Beware!!

The motel is okay! The free breakfast was delicious!!. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Sandra helped me book my room and made sure I was close to Cedar Sinai. She took her time in helping me. The staff that was working on the evening of Sept. 25th, the young lady and young man were amazing also. Very kind and made my stay feel comfortable. She even called my room to check on me!!. Thank you. I just wish I remembered their names!

Wasn’t able to catch the name, but if Henry is the Hispanic gentleman that worked Monday 8/4 yes his service was great, appreciate him for calling when I got to the room to insure the room was up to par.Room was nice and clean, tv has some good cable channels and I can’t get over how isolated it feels inside when you put the shade down absolutely no type of sun comes in the morning, and it truly just helps with the sleep. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a room this dark during the day if you like a dark room when sleeping.Breakfast was honestly amazing in my eye.. you can truly tell the lady that works in there put that’s extra love in the food, probably the only hotel in LA that seasons the eggs, waffles was fire. first morning was cinnamon and classic waffles then this morning she did strawberry and classic sooooo good!! can’t forget the extra stuff, sausages, potatoes, toast, cakes, juices, cereal. And plenty accessories to grab just cause lol.My ONLY 2 ISSUE that needs to be addressed immediately is that pissy elevator smell, not going to beat around the bush with you guys and I know when your staff enters the elevator, they smell it too. mopping the elevator isn’t good enough it’s time to spray it down really good with good cleaning chemicals and a pressure washer, Same way the janitor was power washing the parking lot floor like that’s really necessary.Last and not least if you guys can please fix the issue with the cards to access the rooms. There should be no reason why I had to go downstairs three times in a matter of two days because the card wasn’t working.Other then that I had a great stay and will for sure be back when needed.

The staff was actually very helpful. I stayed in 3 different rooms while we were there. The jacuzzi room was pretty cool and fun. The continental breakfast there was actually really good and filling. Nice time, no complaints.Rooms: Jacuzzi room was a pretty fun room to be in. The stay there was nice and comfortable.Walkability: There are a very good places close by to get food like Starbucks and Panda Express. It is a very busy area of town.

I only stayed there recently for 2 nights, & while i have to -1 star due to my room keys not working properly, everything else was fine. Friendly front desk check-in staff, clean room, & good, quiet, & safe location.

We enjoyed this hotel. It's a bit older, but clean and the staff is fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast and the location was great for where we needed to be. Affordable compared to so many other places around. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Also, when a late night party broke out next door that was way too loud, the staff intervened. Only suggestion for the hotel is placing some kind of air fresheners in the rooms because there is a stuffy smell that is obvious when entering from the airy outside. Thank you for the nice stay and great service.

The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. $10 covered parking. If you check in late make sure you call to let them know so they don’t cancel your reservation. I think the front desk is open 24/7 though. Nice selection of free breakfast. The only negative was our room was non smoking (not sure if some rooms have smoking options there), but it definitely did faintly smell like smoke when we walked in. 5 stars because it seemed like a good value compared to some of the other hotels close to LAX.
