Horrible place to come get an oil change at, respectfully I would recommend not to come to Ben's Tire & Brakes Auto Center after being greeted thru the phone and recommended to stop by to get a precise price for the model of car we have. Inappropriately misguided for what we needed, and clearly, the gentleman(who we spoke thru the phone) lacks customer service skills. Zero stars would be our appropriate rating for the shop!

They performed an alignment and corner balancing on my Mustang and they did a phenomenal job, Ben is very knowledgeable at his craft. I would def recommend them to anyone

I went to Jiffy Lube and they wanted to charge me $700+ to change all my brakes because the front ones were squeaking a little bit, but were still working fine. This place told me that that was not required and that we just needed to adjust the brakes. Long story short they charged me $40 to adjust my brakes and they worked fine after and stop squeaking. That was 6 months ago and they're still working well, thank you! Definitely recommend this place among all the auto shops that try to rip you off.

Took my truck in with a sheared off lug nut.No appointment needed and the young man took me right in. He had confidence he could remove the sheared lug nut and got right to it. I was able to drop off my truck, go to work and they called me once it was ready. They also did my rear brakes and they came out great, i took the truck off-roading the next week and brakes worked smoothly, better than before. No squealing or weird noises. 10/10 service. Thank you.

Can't say enough good things about this shop. I once purchased a car that wasn't running and had it towed to Ben's with only a couple hours notice. I had no clue what was wrong with the car and it was my first time doing business with Ben. They could have easily fleeced me but Ben kept me up to date with everything he found. In the end it turned out to be a tune up and an inexpensive part that went bad. I've since taken all my cars to him for repair. Honest, reliable and responsive this shop stands by its repairs. These qualities give me real piece of mind knowing that I'm putting my family in a safe vehicle .
