Where do I begin? My family and I have taken our vehicles to Jim and Bastoli for 20+ years, and we will continue to do so. Jim is unquestionably the best in the business! He's trustworthy, he exudes professionalism at the highest level, and he is truly an expert in his field. I was involved in an accident recently that resulted in my vehicle needing significant repairs. Jim took care of my vehicle like it was his own. When I retrieved my car from his shop, it was FLAWLESS! His attention to detail and his expertise were on full display. Furthermore, Jim was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process, as he always is. He truly loves and appreciates his customers. My family and I love and appreciate him and Bastoli as well! We're lifelong customers! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, JIM!!!!!

Fixed up the bumper on my Honda Civic making it look good as new. Fairly priced. The owner is very kind and helpful. I only have positive things to say about my experience. Even after moving further away from the shop, I plan to go back here if I ever need anything else done in the future.

I spoke to Jim on the phone asking if they do complete paint jobs. While he said that they don't, he was very helpful with advice. Seems like all the yelp reviews are right about him and his shop. Next time I need a collision repair, this will be the place.

Try to avoid this area, if you passing by with cameras or just standing outside in the PUBLIC area be careful!! They will approach you and harassed you in any way to call the cops and get you arrested. They don’t know the First Amendment Rights…

I stopped by Bastoli this morning after scraping my front fender against a wall and bashing in my headlight. Jim couldn't have been better - gave me an honest account of what was going on, a pricing scale, and unbiased advice on what the right next steps would be. No upsell, he even pulled a dent out so that my wheel wasn't impeded as I drove away. Hoping I don't keep running into walls, but if I do it's nice that I'll know where to go...

I am so grateful to know people still exist who are honest, thoughtful, helpful, and smart! I brought in my 2003 VW Eurovan that I needed some work done to in order for my collision insurance to be able to be renewed. Bastoli Auto Body has been there for something like 28 years and he asked me how I found him. I told him through Yelp because he had all 5 stars and clearly I know why now! I had been driving around town trying to figure out how to fix my old trusty van without insurance getting pulled in and this is the only place that really gave me information and the help and service I needed! As a single mom who has been taking care of two special needs kids and not working now for a while because of their needs - I am so humbly appreciative and grateful. Bastoli saved me a lot of headache and heartache with their honesty and help! Bastoli gives me hope that LA still has good AND smart people in it. He listened to what I was needing and helped me! I am going to only use Bastoli in the future for any auto body needs for sure!

I recently scraped the lower rear bumper on my 1995 Porsche 993. Unfortunately there aren't many auto body shops that will work on these cars anymore as they are older and harder to work on apparently. That said, I brought it by Bastoli Auto Body as I read on a Porsche forum that the owner (Jim) loves Porsche's. Jim is, in fact, an air-cooled Porsche expert (and his passion shows in how he talks about them) and he was incredibly generous with his time and explained that he could squeeze me into his schedule in a week or two. He gave me several options on which way to go (with different timelines for each). I brought the car back several weeks later and he did an incredible job on my car and I am very pleased with the result. I was also highly impressed with his communications (text and phone). I am likely going to bring my car back for some paint work in the near future and look forward to that experience as well.

Our family's Chrysler Town and Country needed a window regulator and driver door handle replaced. We brought the van to Bastoli's after reading all the positive Yelp reviews. After our recent experience with this business, we feel compelled to add to their deserved collection of 5-star reviews. Jim Bastoli went out of his way to be helpful, was prompt to respond to texts, gave us advice about finding and buying the parts online, and charged much less than what we were expecting and what we had been quoted at other places. We had to come on different days to get each part replaced; the first day, Jim stuck with the quoted price even though replacing the window regulator took longer than expected. On the second day, replacing the door handle only took 15-20 minutes and so he told us we didn't need to pay anything (but we insisted on a small amount). We left with our van feeling very surprised and very thankful to have found a place like Bastoli's.
