Horrible customer service. If you order a part, don't pay extra for faster shipping. They won't call you. I called the day it was supposed to arrive, I was told it wasn't there and I would get a call back. I never got that call. I called again this morning (2 days later), the person on the phone couldn't find it. I ended up going in and it was there. The workers are lazy and and really have no knowledge of inventory. It seems like there is a lack of management and the employees do what they want. Hopefully this isn't at every location. Please do better.
