I have been doing business with Ashley Stewart for many years.
Originally in Cincinnati, Ohio.
My experience in person was wonderful.
Now that I have moved out of the area I have been shopping online.
The customer service is bad, the return policy is bad and I wish I could find something nice to say about the company but I cant.

The store itself and the employees wonderful very helpful, knowledgeable with great customer service.Yet the bank they use for their Ashley Stewart card deserve a D-, so many steps to pay your bill on line.You’re better off going into the store and pay the bill.

This store used to have the best customer services. The workers look a mess. I thought they were customers. Smh They should have to comb their hair to look nice & be dressed nicely. Their outfits are homely/ raggedy and unkempt. It look like snot in their hair & on their face. Disgusting to see. They should not be huddled together talking as the customer are in a line or standing around watching customers not helping.The breakroom is for personal conversation. I stood in line for 15 minutes. As one worker steams clothing watching. Three others talking to each other about personal issues.You all need to look like you sell clothes. , I'm homeless with a job. Will never go to this location again. Needs better employees. They would make more if they had better reputation this is atrocious.

Ashley Stewart, would not price match their own inventory. They are running a "Flash Sale" today only with an extra 50% off of your purchase. I just ordered 5 days ago some of the very items that they feature on the flash sale. I called customer service to see if I could get the difference. And I was told by representative Robin, that Ashley Stewart does not price match unless the purchase was made within the last 24hrs of the sale. Let's be real. What are my chances of that? Robins response will definitely make me rethink before ordering online with them again. I don't think it's fair 5 days after I place an online order 3 of the items I purchased are an extra 50% off but I can't take advantage of the savings.sincerely,Very disappointed consumer!
