I can’t recommend Arrow highly enough. From my initial inquiry onwards, Mike was impressively responsive and helpful via email and text, quickly answering all my questions and making the whole process beautifully streamlined, including for a 2-week extension I requested near the end of my trip. Mike and Andrew even drove out to me in Montrose when I had a small issue with the car, and kindly arranged an LAX dropoff at the end of my trip. Their location is only a couple of miles from the airport anyway, so pick-up was easy too. They took a video of the car's condition at pick-up, and the $300 deposit was returned efficiently.The mileage allowance of 2,000 for 4 weeks was fine for me, and I had no issues not being able to exceed the 60 mile radius limit from central LA (this is fine for down to Dana Point, out to Palmdale, or high up into the San Gabriels, for example). I did a lot of research of other 4-week options before I booked, including all the standard big-name rentals as well as Turo, and this was by far the best way I found to get a good-looking car (especially a convertible) affordably for a month or more.And yes, I loved the car, a 2015 white Mustang convertible. It was in great condition, and though fuel efficiency is as you'd expect, it’s a really fun drive, and looks fantastic. Impressive trunk space for a convertible, too.Overall, the perfect LA car and impeccable service.

I rented a car for my 23 year old for her summer job. Very easy rental. We needed to pick the car up and drop it off outside of their normal business hours and they accommodated us. The car worked just fine. Cheapest long term rental I could find and they couldn't have been easier to work with. Highly recommend.

Great place. We are renting a car for 6 months. They have very good rates but in addition they are extremelly friendly and helpful. You can contact them at any time and they have helped us when we have asked to. As an example, they accept to change us the car for no extra money during 2 weeks when we asked to. Maybe you can find newer cars on bigger companies but I am almost sure the rates and personal care will not be comparable. Javier

I have been renting from them for several months already and I am very happy with the company. They gave me a great car for an awesome deal and I do like the fact I am able to reach them directly with ease anytime. Al and Mike are very friendly, reliable and helpful with their customers. My son needed a car for 4 months while doing a semester in LA. A friend recommended Arrow. What a GREAT recommendation. We just picked up the car earlier this week. The rates are fantastic, no fee for under 25 (all the major car rental companies charge a fee and are total rip offs), or mile limits, and Al and his team couldn't be nicer and more accommodating (even coming in late on Sunday night - their day off - so we could pick up our car after being delayed for three days due to a snowstorm in NY). If you have need for a long term car rental in LA, do yourself a favor and call Al at Arrow.

We were 2 weeks in Los Angeles and I rent a car from arrow rent. We needed small car for reasonable price and arrow rent offered Toyota Yaris for reasonable price, even that i´m under 25 years old. They were extremely nice and they even took us to the airport when we were leaving. I will use their service also next time. Thanks!

Our experience with Arrow Rent-a-car was absolutely great. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport without any problems. The guys were so helpful with any questions we had and gave us a contact number in case we'd have any troubles during our trip. I called Arrow Rent a Car and I could tell right away they had integrity. I told them when I was staying in LA and they even recommended one of their competitors because I'd get a cheaper deal. So I rented from Arrow for my vacation. There is no hassle, no upsell, and the Tabai brothers gave us free transportation to/from the airport. And no, this isn't a fake account with a single fake review. I'd recommend Arrow if you want to rent a car from a honest business!

I honestly went here a little skeptic because its a small company and theres no shuttle from the airport. I decided to go with Arrow mainly because I am 23 and they had no under 25 fee. I must honestly say I am very happy I went with this company. They are willing to pick you up, and drop you off directly at the airport, and there professionalism and friendliness is not something you will find at Dollar, or another rent-a-car company. My only issue/recommendation is that there is no unlimited mileage. Not even an option for it. I would've paid extra for it (I did drive 1800miles in a week while there) and I think not having one inconveniences others as well. Even with this grievance, I still must say it was an exceptional experience dealing with Arrow.I would certainly recommend them, and I would certainly do business with them again.
