Anthony's Paint and Body is a top notch establishment. My car was towed in with approximately $20,000 worth of damage, and came out looking brand new!! The paint, fit, and finish looked amazing and the car drove just like it did when it was brand new.
The service and communication was also great from the beginning to the end of the repair job. They kept me informed on the status of my repair at all times. I highly recommend Jesse! He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. He responded to all of communications right away and remained professional throughout the entire process. Thank you Jesse! I will come back to Anthony's, next time I need auto repair and would easily recommend this business establishment to family and friends.

took forever to fix the car. also didnt go over all the stuff we talked about with the insurance, like the paint damage wasnt fixed. they also insisted on me coming over to check on some items that could have been a 1 min phone conversation.

This location took way too long to fix my truck. Never called me for any updates I had yo make the calls to check on the status. Every time I called it was a different reason why it was taking long, they milked my insurance for as much money as they could. They don’t care if you’re spending out of your own pocket for a rental. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this location and will never come here again!!!!!

This is a spot where you have to take take your car back 2 or 3 times till they get it right, they are quick at fixing the car but they sacrifice quality for speed! They gave me back the car with clips missing and damaged clips! Is there anyone checking the car before it goes out? My car was a brand new Tesla and they ruined my paint, swirls all over the car from polishing! I would highly recommend going somewhere else!

Hopefully we don't come back here for another car, but I would trust them with my car again. Ruben was the assistant who took my case. He kept me updated and followed up more than my insurance agent, totally recommend this location if they get in an accident.Update: came back on Monday cause my license plate light didn't work, he took it in and got it fixed in the quickness.

Don't do it! It's easy to tell that Anthony's does not care about customer satisfaction, their business only gets referred and paid out by insurance companies, and they will try to milk the insurance companies for every possible charge at the expense of the driver's time and sanity. I experienced terrible customer service and long wait times for simple cosmetic repairs, the work took triple the initial time estimate, and there was no sense of urgency even after we informed them that we were paying daily for a rental out-of-pocket. On top of all this, they continually misled us about the completion date (they extended 4 times) and would lie and promise to call us with updates, only to never call once. We felt we had to continually check up on them to keep progress moving. Ruben was the representative responsible (or rather, irresponsible) for our case, but I doubt anyone working there will do better.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Oh my goodness, please save yourself the time and money and PICK ANOTHER SHOP! The person who was handling the repair of my car was named Ruben. Ruben routinely failed to update me on the status of my car. And when I addressed the lack of communication from him, I was met with a rude stank attitude. Ruben told me the repairs would take 11 business days. IT TOOK 33 DAYS. MY CAR ONLY NEEDED THE BUMPER REPLACED.Please take the rest of these poor reviews seriously and go elsewhere. I would hate to know that yet another person’s life is being so harshly inconvenienced and met with extremely poor customer service!
