Went in to get an oil change because i couldnt get in at the dealer or anywhere else. And the reviews made it seem like a good mechanic shop.The mechanic came over and asked me what kind of oul change? I told him synthetic blend and that my vehicle would need 7 quarts. He went back to the owner, who seemed to have attitude about having 5 cars there in the morning, and he told him that it would be $150. Seriously?! The dealer charges $120 for a full synthetic. I'll stick with my regular spots, even if it means having to wait a little longer.

Called earlier today for a rough estimate on a repair — as we were on the phone, the shop's computer froze. They then hung up and never called back. I tried again, and no one answered.Can't speak for their work itself, but wish I had a better experience with their customer service.

Been going here long before covid, after realizing that an auto place was basically in my back yard! Been here for several different issues, major to minor, and they always impress with their quality. Prices strike me as very reasonable. Wayne is fantastic, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My only wish is that I had found them many years before I did.

They are charging $2.00 dollars to add tire pressure to your cars. Isn't that state law for that?

The sensor in my car was going off saying all four tires needed some air so I pull in and the owner of the auto repair named Andrew comes and asks “How can I help you today” and I tell him that I needed air in my tires and he abruptly tells me “Oh you gotta go to the tire shop because we’re busy and we don’t have time for stuff like that today!” And then walks off.I could not believe it. However I googled and there was a tire shop not too far away and I was able to drive there and the guy happily helped me and it took all of TWO MINUTES.I’m just glad my situation wasn’t worst because my own BROTHA, literally old enough to be my dad, a possible pillar in the community, didn’t have time. It’s really sad how we treat each other.

Andrews Auto Repair is seriously the absolute best car garage around. All the people who work there are literally amazing. The owner is personable, kind, honest, and just an over all good guy!

Haven't been here for a very long time....I would say 08' -10' but I can say they were always extremely knowledgeable helpful......here is an example...I had to park overnight in the parking lot of the Serving Spoon with a dead battery and as as they opened they went over and pushed my car across the street. Will never forget it

My wife's car recently started shaking and acting as if it was going to break down for the last time..my wife asked me should she pulled into the nearest automotive shop. I responded absolutely not I will take it to Andrews and see what they say. As usual customer service was amazing and what felt like a gut check worth of damage turned out to be us needing a tuneup.it's always good to have a mechanic you trust and rely on. Ask for Wayne he always take's good care of us!
