Terrible customer service! had a appointment at 4pm after 13 hours after work, felt judgements right off. Was placed at desk thinking I would be taken care of, but in up watching multiple of walk in people being care for before me for a hour. Got my documents and left.

Everyone at Notary Live Scan was great! I needed to get a background check and fingerprinting and I called ahead of time. Yadira was so nice she allowed me to email my forms to her and had it ready when I came in! Upon entering, I had no wait and the staff worked well with another. I was able to complete my Fingerprinting within 15 minutes. Harold and his brother were also very kind to assist me in the process! They are quick, efficient, kind and welcoming place of business. Very professional! Thanks Everyone!

I have had the pleasure visiting AMF Tax Service on multiple occasions for a number of services. They are always timely and provide the best service. This place is all encompassing. I’m so thankful to have it in my community.

I walked in and was helped immediately. Harold was very kind and efficient in getting my document notarized. The price was fair too! I was in and out within 15 minutes. Definitely plan to go here the next time I need something notarized.

Yelp does not lie ! When I searched for a nearby live scan business that handled multiple needs. I was impressed not only that this is a small business with that being mentioned they tend to get busy. However, they make you feel you are the only customer in the business. Parking lot is small the only problem, however every time I've come I have not had a problem whatsoever. Inside business there are 2 couches provided for seating along with a table and chair provided to fill out for documentations. Upon entering you are immediately taken care of by a staff member. I filled out paperwork needed. The wait of getting the documentation processed is the wait. Tv is provided. The wait is not long. Mask are required here to enter this business if you happen to come in unmasked they have asked people to leave.

I've been to this location twice. On this vist, I'm assuming there were new faces. Very nice location but customer service could use a pickup.

I read the reviews of others and my mom has paid this location a visit before. So I figured with no line and plenty of parking although limited, we were going to be taken care of. We arrived around 12:15 pm. My mom and I walked in with two customers being handled. One was being handled by a very professional African-American young man. I admired the way he was dressed and I also admired the way he handled the customer because she did come off a bit aggressive concerning her gun permit and other things that she needed. While taking a couple of pictures for my review the other representative came out and ask what services my mother needed. She told them notary. She asked my mother to wait. The customers we seen upon arrival were taken care of, so we thought someone would tend to my mom's needs, but no. She was left sitting there. We're looking at the two reps behind the desk and almost asking with our eyes, if we're next. Another family came in with paperwork and was taken care of as well. The rep that originally spoke with my mom passed by her to make a cell phone call outside. When she got done with her call she came right back in and went behind the desk and didn't bother approaching my mother with a status update on her wait. She sort of gave me the notion that she didn't really care for her job. Not to mention how unprofessional her style of dress was. She was wearing a skirt that you would wear at a beach with the slit being high up her thigh. She lacked professionalism. This made me pretty furious because this is not proper customer service. I decided to go out and search for another location and after talking with the person and seeing how polite and professional they were, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. I decided to add to this review because there was no option to give an updated one. I guess that can only happen after a second visit. Although I felt the employees who work at this establishment was a bit unprofessional, the owner is outstanding. I appreciate him so much because he did send me an apologetic letter and that means so much to me because that lets me know that customer service is a concern to him. I did originally rate this location with three stars but after that apology I will give it four and hopefully on my next visit it would be higher. I have a lot of respect for business owners that are humble enough to apologize for the actions of their employees.

Professional and fast and cheap extra good customer service. I went in and paid $3 for a few pages to scan and notarized for $15. Would recommend

Absolutely love this place. It was quick fast and efficient. The staff is so nice. I had my passport photos done here. I didn't have to wait long at all and they even give me options the photos to use. They also have passport documentation for you as well if needed.
