I ordered without reading reviews, and gratefully had an excellent experience. Few companies made the product I wanted (red scarves). I ordered online on a Sunday and six days later I had a lovely product in hand.

This is best promo company out there. We ordered baseball hats that we needed in 10 days, and AllStar Logo came through for us. I will definitely buy again from these folks.

*****WARNING FRAUDULENT COMPANY***** I wish I could give 0 stars To start, if you notice they have an A+ rating on BBB, its a lie. If you follow they link they have an F with multiple complaints for the abysmal business practices they have. That is the first lie they will tell you. We ordered 100% cotton shirts from allstarlogo.com in May of 2023. We specifically wanted 100% . Upon inspection of the shirts once they arrived, despite all being the same size and brand, all fit differently and had different sleeve lengths. In addition they were not 100% cotton but a 65/35 poly cotton blend. The day after receiving the shirts I reached out to their customer service to let them know about the issue . I spoke with Glenda who said she would talk to production and get back to me. She didn't respond after a couple days so I reached out again and she said I needed to talk to the supervisor but he was out of town and wouldn't be back until after the 4th of July holiday. I had also emailed and she said she had the email. We received no response on 7/5 so I called again. This time the supervisor wasn't in for the day yet so she had me leave a voicemail. I emailed again on 7/7 and finally got a response on 7/10 saying all they could offer was a 10% refund. That was obviously unacceptable so I emailed them saying we wanted a 100% refund but got no response so I called the next day. I spoke with Edmund who is the manager and he offered no apology or real help. He offered to go up to a 15% refund but that is not what we want. He pointed out that on the website it does state that the shirts can be a 50/50 blend depending on availability but it never says THEY WONT INFORM YOU if the shirts are not available and will send you something you don't want. Also the blend isn't even 50/50. They are scamming customers. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and he gave me the name of Orly who is the owner, who he says is out of town for the next 3 weeks. Had we known the shirts would not be 100% cotton we would have canceled. This company is completely fraudulent and you should never buy from them.

I know people often say they would give a business zero stars if that were an option. That cannot be more fitting than in this case. This is an awful business. My shipment of shirts arrived and all the sizes are messed up. Med is smaller than small. Large should be labeled tent size. They do not respond to any means of communication. Just avoid them.

Ordered 15 custom hooded rain jackets- received 15 jackets with no hood. I asked what could be done and I was told a 10% refund. I asked if they could do anything else, as the whole purpose of the jacket was for the hood. They are for coaches who need to be out in the rain and cannot also hold an umbrella. I received no response after calling and emailing. Never once was I rude or demanding. i simply wanted what i ordered, and paid for. Terrible customer service, they just wanted our money. Buyer BEWARE!!

WE are a NFP. We started corresponding in early April and were told (also on the website) that it would be 7-10 days. We had a hard delivery date of 5/10. Here's what happened:April 10 - design finalized and asked to conf if 5/10 is still validApril 20 - names provided for personalization. Asked for ACH (we can't use cc)April 21 - asked for an invoiceApril 24 - follow up for invoice. CC form provided again. Asked about ACH again. (We got someone to just use their cc for time)April 26 - payment was made. Delivery date was again requested to be 5/10(no response)May 3 - follow up to conf they have everything and were on track for 5/10. No response from sales, but design sent over request to proceed.Approval was sent exactly 10 mins later.(no further communication)May 10 - followed up with sales and design bc to tracking was received and it was supposed to be delivered this day. Called later that day and was told it was delayed "because [we] paid late" and it would arrive 5/16. I explained the delay and pointed out that we were still within the window. After he read the file, he found all the documentation and saw that I was telling the truth, he said they would try to have it a day earlier (5/15) and shipped overnight.May 11 - called to confirm we're still on track and was told it was still in processing and it could be a week. I explained the situation so she checked and said it should still arrive Tues (5/16).May 15 - still no tracking number so I called again and was told it was still in processing. I explained AGAIN what was happening. She assured me it would go out (tomorrow), 5/16.May 17 - still no tracking number or email. I called to follow up and no one answered (at 11a CST) so I left a message. I had a hunch so I called from a different number and it was answered immediately. The package was sent yesterday, but no one put my email in the file at any point so I didn't receive a confirmation. They are sending it now and the package should arrive on Friday - 10 days late, and 3 weeks from payment - for senior gifts for an event on 5/12, and this Friday is the last day of school.

Do not do business with this company! Would give zero stars if I could. I'm out over $4,000 for product they never had. Was repeatedly told by Edmond that he refunded the money but he refused to provide any documentation to resolve this. Left messages with every department. No return calls ever; he's probably a one man show. Leads me to believe I was purposefully scammed. BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give a negative star review I would. We ordered company logo hats from them back in November of 2022. We ended up changing the hat that we wanted after we had paid for them. They did not change the hat that we chose on the invoice and did not refund us for the overage amount that we paid. Then the hats that they did send to us were all sorts of crooked and messed up. 3/4 of our order was not embroidered on straight. I tried to reach out over and over again. I could not get a live person on the phone. All my calls went to voicemail with no response and all me emails went unanswered. I got one response back saying they were looking into it after they tried to say this happens all the time and it is normal for the embroidery to be crooked before they did not respond ever again. I have never been refunded for anything. BEWARE buyer! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I have never had such a negative experience with an online company like this.

ZERO stars. Do not purchase from this company. I saw good reviews on Google Shopping. Thought the custom towels I ordered would be nice. Spent over 2k on towels that didn't make it to our event on time. The quality of the embroidery is trash. It looks absolutely terrible. The communication with the company was also very bad. You can call and leave a voicemail and no one returns your calls. Emails get answered slowly. And not all your questions can be answered. Their cancellation/return policy is an absolute joke as well. AND they charge you up front before your proof is approved or agreed upon. They are so slow to work with, it's infuriating. Their website claimed I would receive my towels in hand by Nov 13. That day came and went. I had multiple back and forths with the customer service woman and eventually got with Edmund. He promised me: "Lauren, We will have this order shipped by Wednesday and it will be delivered at the latest on the 30th. Sincerely yours, Edmond Moss." Do you think these towels made it by the 30th? You're right, they didn't. I got them on the 2nd. Conference was over. People gone. Now I've got boxes of hideous towels that need to be disposed of so we don't have to pay even more in shipping for a useless item. Ridiculous. I regret the day I found their website and thought I'd order a nice gift for our special needs families that came to our conference. They were left with lovely empty bags from 4Imprint and no towel. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever. They should be out of business. I don't have any more time or energy to waste on this horrible company.

We had a horrible experience with Allstarlogo.com. We needed golf hats for a nonprofit fundraiser. We recieved children sized hats cotton hats when we had ordered adult sized dri-fit hats. The quality was horrible. Customer service was very disappointing and only offered us a 10% refund which we have yet to see. I do not recommend this company. As a small nonprofit, we invested good money in what we thought would be a quality product. We could not use what was sent to us.

Ordered a medium t shirt, they sent me a small, when I wanted to exchange it they told me they don't do exchanges and If I wanted the right size I would have to buy another t shirt. Don't do business with these people! They are a scam
