This was the worst insurance I have ever dealt with. I was in an accident dec 30th and my adjust reached out one time jarris Tucker is his name. He not only never called me back but didn't handle my case at all until I hired a lawyer to get involved and it took his managers to get him to take action. I still haven't received a single phone call from them at all no reimbursement on my rental witch is part of my policy. My car deemed a total loss took over 30 days. And I still have the car. I reported this all to the insurance bureau and first acceptance insurance lied to the and made false claims of reaching out to me and lied about how many times I contacted them. This has caused a lot of hardship for me. I hope this reaches you before you decide to go with this company I wish someone would have told me how unreliable this company is. I recommend a good lawyer if you ever get in a car accident.
