I called to get information. After confirming it was the place of business I intended to contact, I respectfully asked who I was talking with, so I could go on to give him my name and discuss the nature of my call, which would have been about a window regulator. It sounded like I was hung up on; just in case not, I called right back and got a VM. Apparently customer service is terrible. After reading the reviews, it seems this service person(s) is inconsistent with behavior and I’m imagining with service, as well. I don’t know why they bother to advertise if they would discourage a potential client like this? I suppose it just shows the caliber of business.

I called to get a quote he said you need a regulator $140 ? I said the window works fine it’s off track! He said No! It needs what I say! Ok bye

I had to come in the get my window regulator repaired and the service was completed promptly and at a reasonable price - much less than other quotes I got in the area. Abiel was responsive and sympathetic with my car troubles and even offered to fix a dent that I had at a very affordable rate. Very happy with the service I've received. Hopefully I won't have any more car troubles, but if I do I know I can rely on Abiel.

I don't even know how to start this review.Personally I wouldn't leave them any stars.But I'm tired, I'm annoyed and very fed up!I came to this guy in Oct. I had to get my windshield replaced due to a crack.Whatever it's hot around these months.But I start noticing that I keep hearing air noise inside my car. Like when you have a tiny bit of your window open. I thought it was just me.Then December hits and the rain starts!!! My cars passenger mats are completely soaked. The interior of my car is soaked on the right side. I'm like wtf is going on!!!!Whatever in a peaceful way I take it back to this guy the older man.I tell him look I wasn't having this issue prior to bringing my car here.He acts so shocked! "Con todo respeto pero no creo que sea la ventana nueva" he begins to look at my door and say it's my door. He "adjusts my door" according to him.Then quotes "mis trabajos no son, aveces la gente quiere venir a culpar las ventanas pero el problema viene de otra parte."Whatever I believed him. I left.... Same day whatever Mickey Mouse he did on my "door" made everything worse. I call him again and he insists it's not the window.1 month later my husbands truck window shatters. We have a guy (different company) come out and he replaces his window and does an amazing job!!!!! My husband asks him if he could take a look at my windshield and car to figure out the car problem.He does and finds where the problem is.It's from the windshield!!!My car at this point is completely damped!!!!! The whole right front and back passenger rugs are soaked. It smells disgusting!I had a personal injury! I had to be at rest the month of Feb. So finally March I get in my car and it's full of mold!! Mold!!! From the fkn shit of a job they did.I can't take it anymore so I take it back to him. I'm a business owner myself. So I'm trying to keep my cool.I take it to him. I tell him where the problem is. He looks shocked! Knowing damn well they do poor jobs. I tell him fix my window I'm not gonna charge you the detail!!!He does another fucking Mickey Mouse job!!! Makes everything so much worst! Tries to even up-sale me telling me he also has a body shop. He can fix my paint job. Etc!!!A few days later it starts raining again.My car is worst!!! It's still leaking it's soaked. I call a few window places and they all tell me the same thing. If there's a leakage he needs to remove the entire window he can't just patch what he assumes is the problem.The problem with that is that if he removes it he runs a risk of the window breaking. So he's liable of getting you a new one.I call him! I'm fucking tired of this shit. I'm not playing around anymore. Again he sounds shock that the poor job that he did is not working. My whole car is damped!!! It has mold! My interior is wet! It has water stains inside.My kids are smelling this. DO YOU GUYS KNOW HOW HARMFUL-MOLD IS?He's arrogant!!!! He thinks I'm stupid!!!He tells me I'll order a new window! Come in the afternoon.I come in the afternoon he thinks he can play me!I'm sitting there looking at what they are doing. HE NEVER PUT A NEW WINDOW.He put the same one. He just cleaned it. But I guess he forgot that water marks are hard to remove!!!! Water marks on the inside of the windshield. Because my car would have theWorst frozen window in the morning due to the shit of a job he did.They put blue tape all over it.Today when I started driving you can hear the same air sound like when a window is open. I'm going to take it through a car wash and see.the detail on my car to remove the mold is $650!!! They have to bring a special machine to remove the mold. Is he going to pay for it? Nooo!!!Run from this place! Stay away!!!!! I'll attach pictures.This guy is arrogant and a liar. Take your business elsewhere.
