I went to AAA today 1/17/24, and as I walked in the lady( red hair )at the counter helped a gentlemen, and after servicing him she walked away no I'll be right back or excuse for a second or nothing. She went on to the back desk and started shuffling papers or whatever. The gentlemen that was taking renewal payments had to check me in. I feel like she was very rude and who ever managed that facility need to have a training I. How to deal with the public. I hate to think it was a race issue or gender issue, but whatever her problem was it needs to be addressed. I worked in customer service for 39 years and I have never treated anyone less than.

Bad customer service you have one person helping for insurance and only a couple helping with DMV services. Other staff members just sitting at their desk doing nothing. 12:30 comes and 4 people take a lunch at the same time when the line is 10 people deep. Very very inefficiently ran. I do not recommend coming to this AAA at all

Customer service is adequate. They defaced my LEGAL document before notarizing it, which the courts would not accept…costing me $40 ($10 NON-REFUNDABLE notary + $10 courthouse parking wasted that day + additional $10 to do notary AGAIN and $10 parking AGAIN at courthouse ) will NOT be using this location EVER AGAIN!

It wasn't time to close yet, there were 8 minutes spare before they close and there was nobody waiting in the lobby, they didn't care, they didn't want to help me. I always get such terrible service in this office.

Plan ahead. 35 mins is not enough time to take a passport pic. After waiting 25 mins and advising the receptionist Michelle. I was “next” but eventually left empty handed. Security was real nice but the service behind the counter is very poor.

Went there for some DMV business which they handled in minutes on a Saturday morning. I wasted over an hour at the DMV only to be told they wouldn't accept my application. The difference of night and day.

They lie to you about adding vehicles and people on your policy. I called a branch, and a lady said that the car will be added as of five minutes, five days later it was not added. Had to go through many different people to find out why they would not add a car on my policy that was already on the policy. They even canceled my policy without letting me know due to a suspended license of another person on my policy..

DMV Staff is not trained and they don't have knowledge about how to handle state transfer. With same documents, I was able to get my registration done at Long Beach AAA office while at Inglewood they denied the registration. Even, I spoke to the supervisor at Inglewood Century office but She seemed to have no clue and did not provide any assistance. Don't recommend to use DMV services at this location.

Lousy customer service try bullying you in to talking and speaking in a certain manner and for some reason can't seem to get their stories straight I do not recommend this particular location. But I give 3 stars because AAA club I believe to be the best service and most affordable dependable of all off road services.
