We had a terrible experience there. We selected " regular" at the pump, and filled out tank, which has been full 90 miles before we arrived at the pump. We just needed to refill before returning the car to the car rental nearby. To our surprise, the pump charged us for PREMIUM which we are positive were did not select, and charged us for more than 9 gallons! We do this route frequently and always use about 4 gallons. I mentioned the malfunction to the associate inside, but she refused to acknowledge there was something wrong with the pump. We will no longer use this gas station!

Patricia the assistant manager seems to have an issue with customers asking for prices on items not marked. Coffee specifically has the same cups for large and medium (only medium cups where there)both large and medium cup sleeves have medium cups. so in pointing this out to her and asking for the difference in price or a large cup, she told me not to touch her cups and that I should just leave the store.

Extremely rude lady. My mom and I were refilling our car rental and had a water bottle that my mom emptied on the grass instead of throwing it in the trash bin since we were going to go through TSA screening. The lady comes out screaming her lungs accusing us of stealing a water bottle WHEN ALL OF THE SHOP WATER BOTTLE BOXES WERE LITERALLY NOT OPEN. Stay away from this shop that accuses their customers with stealing without basis. Very bad experience. I will never be coming to refill my car here again even though it's next to the rental place.

We were running low on air in our tires. Even though this station is self service, when we went in to ask for help @ the counter, the lovely girl with the long blonde braids was so kind and helpful as was the kind gentleman in the office that came out and checked and filled all our tires. They were lovely.
