the store is very well stocked and clean, the staff is friendly and professional, it's the neighborhood that doesn't keep up, like everything in CA, it's a dangerous place even during the day with drugs and homeless all over the place, I even had one of them chase me around during my visits to this store

Very convenient for guests staying at the Best Western or other hotels across the street. Came in during my stay in the early morning and the store was well stocked of everything and clean. Lotto is offered, but the Citibank ATM machine had a “broken” sign. This is the first 7-Eleven I been to that has a working tap feature when using your credit or debit card. The older man and lady working were very polite.

Im a delivery driver i happened to leave my charger at home so i needed one to continue my route.This 711 was on the way so i stopped by to buy a usb to lightning charger.between 11-12 on 02/24/2023The charger didn’t work and would not charge my phone which delayed my duties furthermore during rainy weather thank you 711

I was trying to find a place in this shopping square with food at 10am and despite others having staff inside, they all had locked doors and would not communicate.7eleven was open and available with people inside, but not too crowded and the service was very friendly. I was able to get a mocha coffee from their machine that is nice and sweet and eventually found a lid. The smallest size available was an Australian large. The breakfast taco and cheeseburger flavoured hot dog were both delicious and very cheap.I would say that I’d like toppings and sauces on the hot dog. The images have these but they weren’t available. Also, there’s a homeless person sitting out front who did not bother me, but at night time I would not have felt safe choosing this store as my option. But very pleased with my experience.

Eduardo was working and had an attitude from the start. He followed me around like I was trying to steal. I know every other worker at this store has let me bring in my two very well behaved Australian shepherds and everyone loves them. He made me tie them up outside next to the homeless people that could steal them. They are worth $2k each. He was rude about every interaction he could be rude about and called me racial slurs in Spanish. He needs to be fired.

Out of all 7-Eleven they have denied my Apple Pay ,made me feel d*** at point where I’m about to pay and they tell me that my phone or card does not pass give me a bitter taste about 7-Eleven . Now I’ve changed my password on my debit card and I forgot it but this gentleman actually helped it impossible to get my transaction approved and actually made me feel like I was being helped instead of being looked at wrong because my card wasn’t going through Great customer service ,Oh and by the way they have milk on the side for you to put on your coffe store Courtesy,I haven’t seen that in any other

I love this 7-11, I’m there everyday with my service dog and always treated with respect. The staff love my dog and for me personally that’s all that matters.

Open 24h? Not quite! Schedule should rather be updated to opens at 05:00, or at least that’s what the hand written sign reads on the door when I went just now (01:00)
