This 7-Eleven is described as a very well-stocked and clean store, noted for its convenience for guests at nearby hotels. The staff receives consistent praise for being friendly, professional, polite, and providing great customer service, with specific mention of helpful assistance during a transaction. The store is reliably open and available, offering a range of items including lotto, a mocha coffee machine, and food like breakfast tacos and hot dogs, which are found to be delicious and very cheap. A unique and appreciated feature is the working tap-to-pay feature for cards, alongside the courtesy of having milk available for coffee. However, reviews highlight significant concerns about the neighborhood. It is described as a dangerous place even during the day, with issues of drugs and homeless people all over the place. Experiences include being chased and a general feeling of not being safe at night, despite one homeless individual not causing a direct issue. The store itself contrasts with this, maintaining a clean and well-run operation where customers and even service dogs are treated with respect.
the store is very well stocked and clean, the staff is friendly and professional, it's the neighborhood that doesn't keep up, like everything in CA, it's a dangerous place even during the day with drugs and homeless all over the place, I even had one of them chase me around during my visits to this store

I love this 7-11, I’m there everyday with my service dog and always treated with respect. The staff love my dog and for me personally that’s all that matters.
