This seven eleven has gotten worse because one of the employees there gave a customer a hard time about mobile coupons I believe his name was Vishal and now that I truly saw how this employee treated this customer I will not be returning to this seven eleven until this employee and the worker that was working with him on Sunday are moved to another seven eleven or terminated because those two guys do not care about customer service what so ever

Always clean and right off the freeway exit. Well stocked with a clean bathroom. Get all my gas and items before heading to the airport. Great location

Some of the staff are extremely rude. I have seen a change in staff lately with the male workers as they have a nasty attitude while the woman staff are friendly. Not a good look for 7 Eleven.

I'VE BEEN GOING HERE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL AFTER USING THE ATM ON 17TH OF SEPTEMBER I WAS ROBBED OF 560 DOLLARS ON THE 20TH OF SEPTEMBER I REALLY THINK IT'S THE NEW WORKERS INVOLVED I WAS TOLD UALL DON'T CHECK THE ATM'S FOR SCAMMERS BUT THE COMPANY SAID THAT UALL SHOULD BECAUSE IT'S IN YOUR STORE VERY SPACIOUS ???

I'm buying 10 for my student's.TWO CASHIERS: We don't sell them.ME: I called the corporate 1-800 number, they said to come into the store.TWO CASHIERS: You need to come in between 7 AM and 2 PM to talk to the General Manager.ME: So you don't sell them?TWO CASHIERS: No.ME: [Walking out the door, I turn and see a rack full of gift cards] What are these? So you CAN sell these? Why didn't you tell me?TWO CASHIERS: You said Gift Certificate.ME: What's the difference?TWO CASHIERS: I don't know.ME: [Looking at them like, wow, you're not very bright].Are people really this slow?

I had never thought to stop at this particular location but I'm so happy I did. Since this pandemic, every 7/11 location I have visit made it seem like slurpees would not be served for a while. I found it to be understandable but I also wondered why the employee themselves couldn't make the slurpees for the customer. Bessy, Nelly and Linda know what to do to keep their customers happy. They had the slurpee cups behind the counter and when a customer would inquire about the slurpee, they are willing to make them. I thought this was so awesome!!! They were very polite and hard working. The store was very clean, organized and well stocked. Parking is shared on property along with the gas pumps. So you just have to be careful coming in and out. This is officially one of the best locations. No lazy employees here!!!

The ladies that run this 7-11 are the BEST! They keep it clean, ALWAYS have supplies like all size coffee cups, Stok shots, napkins at ALL stations and they're ALWAYS friendly & helpful. This is my favorite location in ALL of LA! 5‼ And they have gas!!

I work right next door at door king. I've come here everyday at 8:00am during my first break to buy a small hot chocolate and a medium EMPTY big gulp cup. I've been doing this for 3 weeks since I've started and just today the crew here decided to act brand new and have accused me of stealing yesterday and tried to charge me .79 cents for a invalid "refill" of my big gulp. This was a shock to me since the entire crew know that I come here at 8am to buy my EMPTY big gulp cup to then come in at 10:45 during my lunch to fill it. I buy my EMPTY big gulp cup in advance to not have to wait in line to get my drink for lunch at 10:45. To be ACCUSED of stealing in front of many of my co-workers today at 8:06 am is just embarrassing. They may think I'm untrustworthy from here on out and I plan to speak with the manager DURING my lunch later today at 10:45 am to get things straight. How inconvenient for me to go during my lunch to get things straight with this morning crew and their insulting manager. To top things off, after I had denied this claim and telling them that they're wrong the cashier had the last statement by saying " we'll let it go this time" in a rude manner for which made it seem as if I truly was guilty. I will later update after I meet with the manager. Overall I was most displeased with this encounter today, I did not expect this from a crew I would have thought to be a fantastic one until today.

Probably the best 7-Eleven store around here for miles. The store is clean and tidy. The staff are very well mannered and chill. Not to mention the store is pretty stocked up on supplies.
