I’m new to the area but I’ve been a 7 eleven customer for idk how long! I came here and got hot water , I’m usually charged 1$ or $2. The man rang me up for 4$ and I asked why a small cup was $4 ? He started screaming at me to put the water back and take the stuff outta my purse. I showed him my purse and I said I have 4 creamers because of the hot water. 7 eleven never charges me for creamer because I am purchasing hot water or coffee. So he still screaming it’s .10 each so I said OKAY ILL BUY THEM. He continue to scream and tell me to put everything back and just get out of the store. I’m so embarrassed because there is literally five other customers behind me and I’m telling this guy I will pay for the creamer and the coffee. It’s not a problem he did not care. He even came from behind the counter and ran up on me like he was going to hit me. I got so scared. I started to cry and just put the water down. I’m glad it didn’t spill on me because I did take off the lid to show him. It’s just hot water so I was confused on why I was being charged 4$ dollars. I’ve never been so embarrassed. I calmed down and went to the 7 eleven up the street and did the same exact thing and they charged me $2.19 … The creamer was free! I kept my receipt! But after all the customers left I went back in and told him how embarrassing that was and he still yelled at me to leave as I asked for the manager name. If management reads this, he needs to be fired! Look at your cameras and few mins before the time on my recite. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS , HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING!

2 seprate wmployes on two diffrent days tried to addnitems to my purchaes. Noth played dumb when called out, both acted as though it was because i didnt enter my number in the reward program, but they both added dounuths and somethong else to my transaction. The employee's here are "high and mighty ?"...until you see the way they "upkeep?" their dissssssssgusting???" parking area!!! There's nothing to be "PROUD" about ??!!!I grew up somewhere near.....so, I like to give "the benefit of the doubt" for childhood establishments. But its clear, either ownership changed...oooooooor, they became "careless"? ? ?!!! The 3 ? are for memories ??......The END ???

I ordered two items with an UberEATS promotion, a candy bar and a cold brew coffee (the coffee is free with purchase). Since they were busy, I filled the order myself and showed them the receipt. They demanded payment. When I told them again that I already paid, they told me it was only for the candy bar. "We cancelled the coffee", he kept saying in a thick accent. So I told him to cancel the whole thing and shove it.

I just walked in and the owner created, he thought I was going to steal and I just wanted to buy something and go to the bathroom, he even started touching the backpack that I was carrying without my consent, very bad for people who come to visit Los Angeles, no I recommend it.
