Absolutely unpleasant experience. I called last week to make an appointment, and the lady who helped me gave me little to no information about my appointment. I was referred by a friend to come, so that’s how I found out about the place. The receptionist had told me the person who would do my taxes would text me about my appointment. I never received a text. So on the day of my appointment, I attempted to call to verify my appointment, and of course no answer. So I decided to show up after I got the address from my reference, and guess what? The place was closed! It had a sign saying to be back at 2 pm. I waited for an hr and a half and was a no-show. I called countless times no answer. I am highly disappointed because I took work off to get my taxes done! Smh this is unacceptable. The first impression is lasting.

I’ve been going here since I was in my teens, and I’m 40 years old!It’s very sad, because I notice the people that have negative comments, never post their real identity,never have a picture on their account,and it’s just very sad!….??Anyway GODWIN has excellent customer service, and he helps me out a lot, so does him and his other staff!

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional person, keeps peoples. Personal information....Not 100% honest....Kept our family's information, and participated in identity theft......

Seemed lost when I asked about my taxes. And did not understand him on the phone. Seemed very rude. Do not understand the high ratings. Pretty sure they’re fake. Said he charges 3k for corporate taxes which is what I needed. Not even the top corporate tax firms charge this for a small business. So, I knew he didn’t know what he was talking about.

I went to 4MBA for livescan and had an amazing experience. The people working there had such great attitudes and sent my finger prints to the correct location. I needed to do an expense report and lost my receipt. I called with the expectation that it might be too much trouble. I called and had the receipt in 1 minute after verification of course. Thank you so much!!

I had to call in to see if my taxes were completed after 2 weeks. After calling in they told me to come pay and pickup. I get there had to wait 3 hours. I guess my bizniz taxes were too complicated for them because they were asking me questions, when they are the "tax experts". I heard they are there for the money because they charged $1300 for bizniz and $250 for personal. Other clients waiting said the same. Even a tax preparers daughter who was there because her father passed said she knows it doesn't take so long. Not recommended.

I was referred by a good friend and had reservations on changing to a new income tax service. The person I was going to for 17 years passed away. My experience at this office was better than where I was going for years. The staff were pleasant and professional, I like the location and the hours. The accountant assisting me was knowledgeable when I had some tax concerns that needed to be addressed. I was on time for my appointment and was serviced right away. I had a pleasant experience, even though I had to pay, which is normal. Overall I was satisfied with the service and will return and give referrals for 2020 tax year.

So far the lowest Live Scan fingerprints for IHSS under $60, but due to virus outbreak they dont open on time it's past 10am & still not open/not answering phone

This is my second year coming to 4MBA and it won't be my last. My friend and I are from Canada and they really have made filing taxes smooth for us. They're very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We've come twice without an appointment and they've seen and helped us very quick. I highly recommend them ! Thanks again.
