March 2024 by Tas M.
It has been my store since 2014.lately i have been going more and more to another store .I do not want to mention it as it might be considered promotion for the other one. After covid it seems to me that they do not care. Chocolate chip muffins(plain ones not with banana not with anything else) even with the more expensive price the packet of 6 they have stopped producing them. I asked a bakery lady and she told me we have not been making them the last year!! That is not true i was buying them till last month. The chocolate symphony big/large costs $3.48 TODAY 03/17 i went to the other store, bought it for $2.98. Difference of 50 cents? Peaches i bought first week of March they were rotten inside. I went to the costumer service and reported it .She offered me to buy other for exchange of the rotten ones but this is not the point. And to some all up i was looking at the bakery section for toasted bread ,could not find it ,asked a lady and she told me look at the the bakery section!!!. You better start improving Winco. thanks.

I love that this store is open 24/7. I like to go at night when no one is there to do my shopping. I can buy $250 worth of groceries and feel like I got a lot. Low prices, quality stuff

Today the Adeline had a gentleman that was very short, I had a order for sandwiches and he would not go out of his way to accommodate my questions ShOULD not be able to answer phone calls if he is having a bad day. Never ever had rude service since Winco opened until today

You guys really need to retrain and teach that big bold guy with glasses at the self check out I was purchasing 2 items and cash back when he told I can't do a second purchase to get cash back because he going to run out of money and he said this is not a bank so i told him I don't want these items because I can't get cash back and he got mad .. S0 First of all theres no bank for ebt ALSO how IN THE HELL DOES he expects me to pay for my cart full of groceries THEN if i cant get cash back . Why is he saying I can't and if the machine is allowing me i definfilty think twice about before coming here again if they don't appreciate a value customer. If I'm already coming from far way to make my groceries shopping here.

I do not live in a place with WinCo. These stores are amazing! Better than Costco because you don't have to buy bulk. The clerk at checkout was so nice and helpful when my wife disappeared to do more shopping. 2 thumbs up!!
