Horribly long lines. Two bank tellers, 17 customers in line, one of those customers with mental health issues/high anxiety or something wrong. Very stressful visit. Maybe they should just close this branch down if they are unable to staff it.

WOW waiting almost 3 hours and I keep hearing is waiting for waiting list even the one's with appointment. Still didn't got help and they were just talking to each other or on the phone and rude with bad actitide ?

I went into this branch to cash a check for my business. I needed a form of ID and another form of ID. I showed them a debit card to my crypto wallet. She proceeded to type down the entire 16 digit sequence !!!! How can we allow banks to do this !? !!! Unacceptable !!! I will no longer be accepting Wells Fargo checks after this job.

This place has horrible customer service they don't even know what customer service is probably I had come in to this branch to open a new bank account for my son I've been a customer with Wells Fargo years. So we walk in and I see only one person waiting and so the lady ask me if I have an appointment and I said no, the bank closes @ 5pm it was about to be 4pm she told me she wasn't going to be able to help me because there's was the customer waiting for her appointment at 4pm, I told her I needed to open the account today and she said there no wY she could help me... so I got out and left to the branch in la quinta and there was 2 people waiting already and they where able to help me even though is was 4ish. The lady at the indio branch just wanted to go home early from what it looked like... thanks why I don't branch in indio ever again...

Staff is friendly and helpful. Branch is very busy especially on Fridays. You have to make an appointment if you want to see a banker. Only glitch I had was once I needed a Notary and they didn't have one. But they called me after I made the appointment and told me to make one at LaQuinta instead. It was nice they called me before I drove over for nothing

I agree with the customer who said her experience at this branch was "the worst customer service she ever received in her life." I am spending my first winter in the Palm Springs area having bought a place and moved here for the winter from Reno in October. I went to this branch to trasfer $13,613 from one of my accounts that has six figures in it to the account for a Reno lawyer who also banks with Wells. The branch manager wanted to charge me a fee for every way to make that transfer except to withdraw $13,613 from my account and deposit that same amount into the other Wells account. I asked him to waive the $3.00 fee for one conter check to make the deposit into the other Wells account but he refused and insisted that the only way I could avoid paying a fee was if I had the teller count $13,613 twice - once to withdraw the money and again to deposit that same amount into the other Wells account. I pointed out to the manager that he was being disrespectful to the bank teller and other bank customers who were waiting by requiring them and me to take the time and devote the effort into counting the money twice to avoid a $3.00 bank fee. The manager insisted that I pay the $3.00 fee or make a cash withdrawal and deposit to avoid that fee. This branch manager has no business being a manager of any business. This man's lack of respect for his employees and bank customers is astounding.

I went in yesterday to cash a check with my name an husbands on it. wasted my time in a long line for her to tell me she needed both of our IDs. We both have cashed checks alone with both our names on them with NO problem. an why did she ask me to insert my debit card if she knew she wasn't going to cash it !? my husband went in this morning an cashed it with no problem an didn't get asked for ID. SMH !

Wow these people are getting lazy and more lazy every day! I'm standing out here with a huge bag of coins and they're just staring at me! Why close at 12!!! People have finances to handle! Not our fault that the ATM doesn't take coins! I'm about to switch to chase! Maps says Wells Fargo is open and when you get here it's closed! False advertising! 2 lazy girls just sitting there starting at me and laughing! Is customers are the reason you guys have a job and you sitting there laughing! In 5 mins that I sat out here 19 customers came to the door for help. And they were turned down! Terrible custom Service I say! And then they put a sign crying about a coin shortage! I GOT COINS! but they tell me to go home! Lol. Oh and to make matters worse the manager just walked in and told 4 customers to kick rocks while he walks in with 4 nice and warm little Caesar's pizza so they can party with the money that's taken from us for their reserves. Then they invest that money (customers money) to profit and get rich. All while they kickback and have a pizza party and watch over 50 customers kick rocks within 10 minutes; while they party and take a nice cheesy bite of that pizza! I'm very disappointed with Wells.
