Went in to get rum for mojitos. Pressed button to ask for help and no one responded. Walked around and asked the cashier to radio someone. She said they would and no one came around. More time passed before I decided to just leave. In total about 15 minutes passed by. Good store until you need help from the workers

Dear Store Management Team, I hope this reaches you, and I apologize for the tone of frustration it carries. However, I believe it's important to bring a recurring issue to your attention, as it has significantly impacted my shopping experience at your store. Unfortunately, I have once again encountered an extremely disrespectful attitude from the cashier, Catalina, during my recent visit to your store. Once again she has stated that it's not her job to help ring customers up on the registers cause she works "the candy" and only helps keep track on her phone of the people. This is not an isolated incident but rather a distressing pattern that I have encountered multiple times in the past. I would like to emphasize that I have previously spoken with members of your store management team about similar incidents involving Catalina's behavior including with Manager Georgieann, who stated she was the cashiers Manager. Regrettably, despite my concerns being raised before, the situation has not improved. Catalina's demeanor and behavior have left me feeling not only disrespected but also hesitant to continue shopping at your store. A store's reputation is built not only on the quality of its products but also on the customer service experience it provides, and unfortunately, the ongoing issue with Catalina severely detracts from that experience. I believe that it is in the best interest of your store and its customers to address this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy. A lack of action not only affects customer loyalty but also reflects poorly on the store's overall image. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. A commitment to excellent customer service should be a top priority for any business, and I hope that my feedback will contribute to improving the overall shopping experience for all customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a resolution that ensures respectful and pleasant interactions for all customers in the future.

Stopped by to pick up some tequila and ice for our margarita's. Excellent service and friendly staff, especially Tom. Highly recommend coming here, when you are in the neighborhood.

Beware of the 50% off signs that Walmart Neighbor offers, they are a scam. Yesterday I was about to write a review but John the general manager came out and apologized for what happened, but today I am going back to the store and ohh, the prices are still wrong. I bought Christmas products on sale, the next day, I realized that they had never made the discount that they offered on large posters, and you know what? Laura the manager on duty instead of helping me and solving the price, she gave me attitude.... really? She never said hello and she was less willing to solve the problem in her system, I think that gives her extra work! I came back today and what do you think? 50% are still not in the system. I always gave a score of 10 to the surveys I receive from this store, but today I give it 1 and on top of that I think they scam and do it on purpose.

Nicest and newest of the Walmarts around here. Self check out is fast. WARNING FOR TOURISTS: It may not seem like it but this Walmart is near a really bad area so do not leave valuables in your car. Lots of theft. Always go during the day time never at night for your safety.

I live very close to this Walmart so I shop here often , I've never had any negative experiences In store or when I do grocery curbside pick up, I love it it's very convenient. Employees are also very friendly no matter what time I go AM and PM crew are all awesome. I was there when they first opened and I'm very impressed on how neat and clean they've maintained this store.

Not a Walmart shopper, but was in town and just needed a few things. Found the basics to be well stocked, well priced, and the store was small and easy to get in and out of. Love that the coffee/tea aisle is right by the self-checkout - made it easy to pop in a few times and just grab some iced coffees. Only downside is (like many stores) really short on un-sugared iced coffees, but that seems to be the norm...

I'm in line and I wanna make this short and sweet today I walked into Walmart grocery with bad expectations consider it being a Walmart however Lorena in the deli went above and beyond without even having to ask to accommodate me she was precise polite and helpful she went out of her way to show me what size I would like explain to me the sizesOf the deli meat and asked us what we would prefer I had no problem going through each size to show us she is a A+ person and a 10 out of 10 worker...

Yesterday I watched a produce guy spacing off, slowly, bare handed, plopping handfuls of peppers down with his mask around his chin. I saw ZERO evidence of anyone sanitizing anything. No one cleaning registers, carts, nothing. I actively looked for it. This place started out so well but level of service has declined entirely. Employees don't care to be there and its obvious. They are also frequently out of bags, but give no warnings on the way in so several times I've been stuck with a cart full of groceries and no bags. My bad I should know to check by now.... Seems they really just don't care about their customers or employees. There are better, friendlier and cleaner places to shop. Peace out Neighborhood Walmart!!

I'm not sure why it bothered me so much, but I saw a young girl putting bottles of alcohol in her designer bag and knew what she was doing. After she helped her self to 6 to 8 bottles she slowly starts walking to the entrance so I knew the alarm would sound off, I saw 4 employees standing nearby and told them and they did nothing :( Simply turned and walked away. I'm not sure why I expected more. I spoke to The Assistant Manager not sure Why. I was just venting because they stopped me after Self check out not to long ago but they don't bother to do anything about some one stealing alcohol.

Just did online pickup.. order was complete..only 2 very minor substitutions which I agreed to.. Pickup time was on the nose! The two young men who loaded the groceries were outstanding and followed social distancing rules, wore masks! A++ all around for this store today. Thank you!

WARNING. Do not rely on the pick up of groceries. I am a 78 year old handicapped woman.I must use a walker. I placed an order the day before to pick up groceries at five o clock the following day. It was the soonest available time. At three thirty before I was to pick them up my order was canceled. They said not to depend on the pick up. Do not use this false service.

This store is full of racist employees, my husband went to buy water and gave the cashier the cash which included a $2 bill and the cashier made a big deal out of it implying that it was a fake bill. He also gave my husband dirty looks just becauSe he was a little bit dirty cause of work( he's an AC technicians).

As I have become able to drive on my own, my mom always sends me to the store. She rediscovered her love for Walmart just before this store opened, much closer to home, and it has become the place we go for anything and everything most of the time. The staff is great, helpful, and often store managers wait in the entrance or just inside the store and check in on you. Everything has become easy to find, and laid out in a reliable way. For the woman complaining about the grocery pickup, if they don't have an item, they will replace it with a substitute or refund you for the product. If they don't bring it to you, its because they don't 1) have it in stock, or 2) carry it at that location. If you aren't satisfied with any of the items, such as produce or meats, they will fix it for you. The grocery pickup is a great service, you just have to know what items they do or don't always carry at your store, and as time goes on if you use this service you will.
