My daughter Went in to get a flu shot and the pharmacist named Mike made her arm bleed. He injected her arm so hard that it left a trail of blood. Very unprofessional of him. Never going back.

The pharmacy is garbage. They told me an hour for pick up, I come 2 hours later and they need another 15 mins. There is no one ever here. Never going back. I hope they sell that land too. Useless place!And the cashiers act like it's their first day on earth.

I have been a customer at Walgreens in Indio corner of Madison and highway 111 for 6 plus years. They are constantly making mistakes by filling the wrong medication, the wrong quantity of medication, never calling to confirm pre-authorization from doctors and never following doctor details on medications. This has happened over and over and something needs to be done about it. They have given me the wrong medication that has made me sick and lethargic, and have also given me the incorrect amounts numerous times. This is a problem and Walgreens needs to do something about it. I contacted a fill-in pharmacist yesterday to tell her about my situation and that I was given the wrong medication and her response to me was that she did not care.... And it was my responsibility to call other pharmacies to find out if they carried this specific medicine when they are out of it. However I was told by myoriginal pharmacist that I needed a pre-authorization from my doctor and he would have this drug on file for me when filled. This did not happen the past two months . These people are going to kill someone! If you value your life do not do business with this location of Walgreens on the corner of Madison and highway 111 in Indio California

From the manager(s) to the regular employees professionalism is missing big time. Cashiers are the face of the store when you see customers you should smile and greet the customers. Employees have a nasty attitude, management doesn't care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

If you're going to be closed on certain days other than what is listed on your operating hours on here, UPDATE your schedule so people do not waste there time and gas going to a closed pharmacy!

I wanted to buy something in the pharmacy department that's in a locked case. The pharmacy is now closed on Fridays so I went to the front and asked if the clerk could get the item from the case. I described it and the exact name in detail. At the time I was the only customer at the counter. The young lady said I would have to go back and show it to her. I had a very sore issue with my hip going on and did not want to walk back. I explained that but there are no exceptions. I understand she was not in a position to make a policy decision. I went home and ordered online. I want to give business to local brick and mortar stores but sometimes they make it difficult and so I order online. Two stars because the store is well stocked and the young lady was polite.

I went to the drive through to pick up grandsons prescription called to check every hr since 2pm stated working on knowing they close at 7 went and directed to drive through 15 minutes prior to close waited in line 25 minutes for them to say we are closed come back tomorrow at 9 amI had faith in them what a mistake I called there closest 24 hour pharmacy in banning and they can not transfer script to another pharmacy still openI am so angry and disappointedwhat about the well being of the patientI feel guilty now for not going straight there and waiting and staring at them well my grandson coughed his little heart out in there lobby I was trying to show respect for our communitynever again will I go there.

Placed a curbside order. Mentioned it was ready. Then mentioned it had been picked up already when I didn’t. I went to pick it up and they said my purchase was voided when it’s been charged on my credit card. After 15 mins for what had to be a simple pickup They finally said it was there mistake that i would have to re purchase or call back in a fee days to make sure i got my money back. Horrible costumer service by anabelle.
