Wow must say horrible attitudes are ALMOST contagious ? jodene or jolene whatever her name ‘team member’ since 2021 @ Walgreen’s is abysmal to the environment & I was just a customer making a deposit on a card is all. Rushy if that’s even a word & extremely rude.. body language was even more intense. Idk why she’s a mean lady.. but wish her well.

Just wanted to lift up Abigail and Jodene in Pharmacy for making my day!!! Thanks for your patience and help today with my prescription. I wasn't rushed even though they were busy and helped me with all my questions and smiles! I will continue to come back. Thanks ladies

The Walgreens that I use helps me with all my Pharmacy needs on my personal needs and all the things that I need in between like makeup and help with emailing so I have to thank them for every little thing that they do.

Please CORRECT the PHARMACY HOURS (it shows it mirrors the store hours) on the initial introductory (OVERVIEW) page where it list ph#, address, hours, webpage, directions, ect.. Have your systems administrator reach out to google if necessary. It is MISLEADING to the general public.Thank you.*Drive thru availableM-F 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 10am-6pm*1:30-2pm closed for meal break(This is what it SHOULD SAY!!!)

I was discharged from a hospital ER with a pain prescription at 8:20 PM and I rushed to the closest Walgreens arriving at the pharmacy at 8:30 PM. The pharmacist refused to fill my Rx and suggested I visit a 24HR pharmacy in Palm Desert.....a 20-30 min. drive. She had 30min to fill my script but turned me away with the excuse of having to open a safe. I was in no condition to drive to Palm Desert as I was feeling ill. I can't accept that a pharmacist who I consider a professional part of the medical team would turn away a patient in need of pain medication. I too am a medical professional. I am very disappointed in Walgreens. I was treated like a drug addict instead of a patient in need of help. This is poor customer service and it placed me in a helpless position. Not everyone has others to run errands and help them. I expected Walgreens to hold their professional staff to a higher standard. They have always been my pharmacy of choice and really let me down.

Don't go here! I clipped a coupon online for 3 12 packs soda for 10$ and niethrr the staff or ok duty manager knew what was going on with it? It wouldn't show up when I put in my number! Walgreens should get all new staff here!

This place is great. Pharmacy is great too and love the drive through option. Not many customers or long lines and great selection.
