I would suggest scheduling your flu shot somewhere else. They advertise it's free but your placed on the bottom of the queue even with scheduling and answering the questions online they still asked me to answer the same questions on paper and I waited a half an hour.

Pharmacy staff can be rude at times, place is inefficient and maddening. Staff will say your medicine is ready, on the phone, then it's not and they bark at you to come back in an hour (older people can't just pick up and come back in an hour), they post they will be back from lunch at a certain time, and then they are 20 min late. I am changing pharmacies after my family's experience there.

My pediatrician sent a prescription over at 1pm. I called several times to check to see if it was ready and would just sit on hold. Their signs say they close at 7. After I finally drove over there after my doctor was unable to get through either the man behind the window waved me off saying they closed at 5. He refused to talk to me and then laughed. Horrible service to have all of your signs state 7pm, to not answer your phone for 4 hours and to refuse to help a mom trying to get her child's medication. You failed Walgreens.

My opinion of Walgreens in Indio, both Jackson st and Jefferson st,are the worst. Does anyone know how to reach the District Manager of these stores?

Man the service at pharmacy really sucks! Especially at the drive though you would think people were ordering Turkey dinners it takes so long. Being a vet I've had my share of vaccines by every kind of device they make, but these people couldn't give a vaccine if there life depended on it. Good luck.

I don’t usually post reviews, but two bad experiences at this same Walgreens pharmacy department have prompted me to do so.First incident - I had to ask the pharmacist to change out his gloves prior to giving me the COVID vaccine, after seeing him walk around behind the counter handling the computer mouse, keyboard, pens, and door handles before coming out to administer the shot to me…with the same pair of gloves!Second incident - I took my son to get his second COVID shot, and they said it was too early and that we had to wait 21 days. His first shot was on June 17 given at a school site by Rite Aid. It is now July 13. Even my son was able to do a quick math calculation and see that it has been 26 days. Then they said that they had no record of him in their computer system, even though we presented them with the vaccination card. All in all, they refused to give him his second shot.I have no issues with the other departments. But beware of the pharmacy department. CVS across the street is so much better by far!

Absolutely don't expect to have your prescription filled if the pharmacists decide they don't want to you don't get it I have been going to the same location with my prescription for three years but even with the same medication same doctor and pre approved by my insurance I was denied my prescriptions on a holiday weekend it could have resulted in a er visit or worse had I not found a new pharmacy who by the way has free deliver they are glad to recive my 1500 hundred dollars per month orders go cvpharm thanks peachy

Horrible service. Yesterday morning, I stopped in to purchase one item. When I approached the clerk, a childish, fat boy, he became annoyed that I asked him a question. What a j**** If he doesn't like people, or certain people as I suspect, he needs to quit or be fired. I saw him once before, months ago, and witnessed his surly attitude towards a female co-worker. Get rid of this nuisance!

Very friendly staff and management. Nice, clean and organized. Always greeted when walking in. When looking for something always ask of they can help me.
