Staff was super sweet, attentive, store was awesome! Chicken soup was under temperature it seemed not hot just warm, and definitely under cooked :( and still pink it made me uncomfortably sick. Super bummed, I hope they use better food safety practices to avoid unsuspecting consumers from getting sick. Especially ones with compromised immune systems :/

U guys need to get the food court in order how u guys have a line of people trying to order an only on person taking order everyone else just walking an joking a round then u guys touch eveything in the kitchen while u making food when i just watched someone one tuch the same handle with there bare hand

I bought some avocado from them today for my tacos but I took a spoon taste and it tasted too salty really salty like someone dumped a bunch of salt in it I couldn’t even taste avocado or the other flavors I tasted salt so it’s a shame that I paid so much for this just to throw it in the trash they should really fix the guacamole issue because it’s a very salty

I love the American supermarkets, but I love them even more when they have a spanish influence. You really can get everything here and even food when you get hungry in the attached restaurant. There is so much choice for fresh fruits and vegetables and I already miss it herr ar home.

The Bakery (Panaderia) has a huge variety of the most fresh and delicious sweet bread around. The market is very clean. Variety of specialty items available but the bakery alone will make me a frequent return customer!

It was to great disappointment at this visit, we actually went to tray there healthy living juice bar.
We did get a great green beverage but I requested a speciality drink which I was told that they could make. But when I requested Clamato to be added there response was I could add it later, I believe this could have been handled more professionally, since I mentioned that I’d be more than glad to purchase the Clamato if they would add it to my purchase. They could not , so I requested a refund for my already purchase of my speciality beverage juice. Not a place to request a speciality drink.
This back there service is great exceptional and Chris was a significant person that helped me.

I was referred to Vallarta by Esmeralda Rodriguez, who demonstrated a remarkable sense of humor and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Ms. Rodriguez, who skillfully managed my order, exceeded my expectations in every way. I must also commend Reyna, who crafted a remarkable SpongeBob cake for Coachella Valley Volkswagen dealership, which is now under new ownership. The cake was beautifully presented, moist, and garnished with fresh strawberries. Its design perfectly matched our expectations for the occasion. I really like this store. The tamales are delicious and so is some of the meat we've purchased in their restaurant. The pan dulce is always fresh even in the later hours. Idk how I lived without Vallarta before

It's a good looking supermarket. I like the layout, with a lot of specialty items, pretty snazzy. Butcher was awesome, great prices on meat. I asked three different clerks for help locating items, all were quick to oblige, very kind. Check out lady was very nice, fast and accurate. I forgot my phone at the checkout stand and it was there at the customer service window waiting for me. Of course they checked it was mine by calling my number. Great experience- maybe my new favorite supermarket!
