My visit started awkwardly with an unexpected delay. But, with no excuses, they apologized and made it right. Tony, the service advisor, and Val, the service manager, were on top of the situation and made sure everything was taken care of.
It's one thing to make claims, BUT it is another to step up and take responsibility and make sure things get done correctly. IMHO it takes commitment and character to doing things right. I-10 Dodge sets the bar at the top - you can count on them. What better statement could I make!
