Kayleigh (hope I spelled it right) provided great customer service. I decided to go to Absolutely Postal, After leaving a postal annex store a few mins prior. The reason was, the worker at the postal annex told me I had to buy a WHOLE roll of packaging tape to seal my box, because he could not seal it for me. I believe due to me having pre paid shipping label, the postal annex worker knew he wasn't making a sale off me...Back to Absolutely Postal! Kayleigh greeted with a smile, sealed up my box and printed my receipt. I will continue to go to this location, they always provide great customer service no matter what tlu need. Sorry for the never leaving a review... yesterday's experience with BAD businesses makes you realize a good thing! Thanks again

My absolute favorite shipping store in the valley. Family owned, family run and willing to go over the top in customer service. Incredible people and such cute things to shop for while you're having your shipments packed.

They are new to Rancho Mirage & so happy to have them here! Every time I have needed to ship some thing whether it be through the mail or a DHL drop, UPS or FedEx. They have been on it. It's so nice to have a place that's organized and clean & close by. The staff is always extremely kind.

Such a great place! Store employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable! Store is spotless and organized, easy to find what you need! Mike, the manager is always smiling and very helpful!! I do all my shipping here! Why wait in a line at the post office? This place has everything you need!

I'm absolutely crazy for Absolutely Postal :) If I ever had the opportunity to open a "UPS Store" type of shop, these are the folks I'd want running it. This philatelist goes crazy for stamps, and they have a selection that puts most post offices to shame. They also have your typical shipping services, and other things that you wouldn't necessarily expect, such as rubber-stamp ordering and customization. (I ordered a stamp and it turned out great!) The rental box rates are SO much better than USPS (plus these folks are open 'til 6pm). I can't say enough great things about this shop. Mike, Rebecca, and Louise, you guys ROCK!!!

An absolutely awesome local business! Great location with super clean, modern, and fully-featured services. We recently moved our PO Box here and I wish we'd done so a lot sooner because it's been so great. I'm literally in a better mood every time I leave because everyone is always super nice and the service is spectacular. We get a text/email anytime something arrives to our box, which is super convenient. They also offer 24 hour PO Box access if needed. Shipping can often be complicated and confusing, but everyone here is always willing to help out with any questions or special requests (like international shipping or unusual package types/sizes). We used to really dread it anytime we had something to ship, but since moving to Absolutely Postal it's been a huge quality of life upgrade.

What a wonderful store. I went in to see if they had FedEx airbills - and of course they did (while no one else had them ... not the FedEx store on 111, not Walgreens, etc.). The woman that helped me was so friendly, responsive and courteous (a VAST difference from a generic FedEx store). Her warm welcome and great information / help makes me want to come back and support the business. It is conveniently located a few doors down from Mochinut and next door to Monsoon.

AP is a very friendly, clean, and helpful store. We drive a long distance to have their beautiful photo prints on canvas made by their expert resident artist. She's also made wrapping paper from our digital photos which were a big hit with the family. The employees are fast, efficient and very courteous, plus they have a huge selection of cards for every occasion, beautiful candles, wonderful soaps and lotions, and some great candy and popcorn! I think we did most of our Christmas shopping here which made it super easy because they did all the wrapping and shipping.

Had an abysmal experience here.Came in with an item to ship, began conveying my goal to staff about the particulars. Gentleman behind counter interrupted and wasted our time talking about non-related things. Began to state my goal again, was interrupted again. After being interrupted a third time, advised staff I would take my business elsewhere due to the numerous interruptions. Gentleman told me I was wrong. I began to exit store. Gentlemen again began telling me why I, the customer,, was wrong. Advised gentleman this only compounded the poor service. Turned to exit store again, and... gentleman proceeded to explain AGAIN why I was wrong.If you want a place where the customers always wrong, and want to experience horrible listening skills, rush right over to this business.

The best customer service! We went for a notary and I ended buying local Toffee, beautiful Christmas cards, and coffee! Went back and picked up local Tortillas strips, local jam, toffee and popcorn!

Best place to come mail your things out of. Place has a nice clean area to write out addresses. They support other local small business by selling knick knacks to add a little extra something something to your packages. Was mailing out a card to a friend and found a cute magnet that went perfect with the card. Owner was super friendly and helpful and help me find the fastest way to get another letter out without breaking my budget. It's air conditioned, music playing and just an overall good feel to the place

Employees are the best! They know their stuff :) Always courteous and helpful. They have so many cute and useful items, and goodies like Brandini toffee.
