I been a loyal customer for more then 6 years I purchased 2 vehicles there and always since then I have take my car to do service and Jeremy always have take care of us more then great but this last time I went for a service and the new manager name Jeff and Benjamin didn’t want to help us even I still have warranty on my car they refused to do an oil change and supposedly it had to be free which is not really free because we paid $37 for the rotations of the tires, but not even that we told him if the issue is the pay the we will pay for whole amount of the oil change and they refused to do it because supposedly they want us to do another two things that the car need it which we didn’t have the money at the time to do it and we told them we will schedule an appointment to do it later because we didn’t have money to do it at this time the we only need the oil change for the moment and they still refuse to do the service with a really ugly attitude. We never experienced this before with Jeremy, which we were being customers with him since he used to work at Nissan dealership when he always treated us great and that’s the reason we decide to go to Unicars Honda because he was pretty good person and always always taking care of us, but this two people honestly with the ugly attitude they’re gonna be ending taking all the customers away for example, me, I went to Honda of the desert to do my oil change after leaving here really upset and they did the service with no questions at all and they are being so nice and polite with me that honestly I’m not coming back anymore to Unicars Honda dealership. I really don’t recommend to you guys to go back to that dealership because now, when you go to do service, they trade you like they gonna pay for your service even though you tell them that you’re gonna pay for it they don’t want to do it they refuse to do it with no even I’m sorry apologize or anything for the rudest that they are, really bad bad experience we had we tried to speak to the manager but he didn’t do anything to resolve the problem now we decided to take our car to Honda of the desert there have been taking good care of us even though we didn’t purchase the car there they have been really good and friendly and they didn’t even question us.

My car was looked at as soon as possible and I was notified what needed to be done. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. My only complaint was I was charged $180 just to look at my car but when I shared I thought that was not appropriate they lowered it to $90 wasn’t expecting to have to pay to have them look at my car and not have the fee applied to the service which ended up costing me a bit over $300

One of the best dealership experiences I've had! We were in search of a newer pre-owned vehicle and new exactly what we wanted, but finding one near us in the San Diego area was hard. We saw one online at Unicars and were able to come to an agreement on the phone since it was a nearly 3 hour trip to the dealer from our house and we did not want to waste the trip or the time haggling for hours and potentially return empty handed. Every one we interacted with at Unicars was friendly and gracious and there was never any pushy sales tactics or attempts to pull something over once we got in the door.

We loved Armando. He walked through each car with us that we were interested in, showing us how to operate the vehicle and the individual features.He was very patient with us, No pressure. He was impressive for such a young man.Rafael was Amazing, he is very knowledgeable and very informative of options in finance, warranty’s and options to best fit our concerns.We were so happy with our purchase.We left with no buyers remorse.My husband and I will be back to purchase his car soon.Thank you all for your Assistance in us.Casey was also very instrumental in his efforts in making it fit our desired monthly payment.Much Aloha,Jim & Angie Engle??

The service advisor, Jonathan informed me of the things that needed to be repaired. Jonathan kept me informed of the Technicians progress. My wife's car is running great. Very professional service from start to finish. Thanks to everyone involved.

Wonderful car buying experience! I walked in just looking to test drive a couple of cars. I ended up finding what I was looking for with one of the cars and the price was right. They worked with me on negotiating a couple of small things and were also able to beat the loan terms I walked in with as well as offer a fair price for my trade in. I felt everyone there was very relaxed and I had zero pressure. I even had my kids with me and they were very accommodating to them as well as including them. I couldn’t have had an easier or better experience!

Curtis was wonderful. He answered all my questions and was helpful. He sat with me to show me all the bells and whistles on the car. Dominic was very helpful getting me the numbers and he was so friendly. Crystal made the signing process easy and she was so upbeat and friendly.

Two months after buying a new 2024 CR-V at Unicars Honda, we wanted a 2nd car and looked at their Used and Certified CR-Vs and HR-Vs. We bought a nearly perfect looking Certified 2020 CR-V. Thanks to Gino and Carlos for working with us to our satisfaction with this purchase. I am very confident in the quality and durability of Hondas and am very pleased with the friendly Sales staff and the future bonus Services offered. I opted not to get the extra-cost maintenance add-ons and would have liked to have skipped that sales talk in the Finance Dept, but realize those offers must be presented.

I'm very appreciative of the service. My service provider addressed all my concerns, checked my car in abd arranged for shuttle service. My was car done timely without an appointment. That made my day being that life is busy so I now have one less thing to worry about.

They got me in right away for an unexpected battery replacement. They were busy but accommodating. My only problem was with Honda warranty on my battery that was replaced under warranty less than a year ago. Since car was not under warranty any longer, they did not honor a 36 month warranty on my fairly new battery or give credit of any kind. Hoping my current battery I just paid for lasts a bit longer. ?

We have purchased two vehicles from Unicars within the last 3 months. We plan to return again and again as their sales and service are the very best. They only sell used vehicles which are inspected and confirmed to be of the best quality, and their new inventory speaks for itself. This trip we met a very friendly and genuine salesman - Eduardo. He has a heart for the customer and the knowledge to help buyers make a great decision. We found the right vehicle, but Genaro put us in the BEST vehicle. He saved us money, and best of all, got us BETTER financing. Crystal put all of our paperwork together quickly and efficiently. I have always been told that the people at the car dealership are NOT your friend - they’re there to sell cars. It has been our experience at Unicars that you feel heard, cared for, and genuinely respected. This is something I have never experienced at any other dealership. Made my wife and I wait 2 hours just to let us know that they weren’t going to able to help us out after telling the worker there what our budget was. Something they could’ve told us in less than 30 seconds. But no, they think having your time wasted is the better way of doing business. What a bunch of professionals. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
