I've had issues with unicar Honda service departme
nt just taking time and slow. Last week I had a massive incident with them with horrible customer service. Carl the supervisor stepped in and saved the day he went above and beyond the call of duty to get my problem solved and get my car back on the road.

I brought my Honda on March 2024 and was super fast, but now I left my car for service for the first time and tried to call for more than 3 hours to figure out if my car was ready but nobody answered. I had to come directly to find out and I took more than 1 hour to give me my car. Poor service at service department.

Benjamin Sanchez at the service department is always so attentive and helpful. Every visit is smooth, always in a timely manner and communication is great. I definitely recommend Unicars and most importantly Benjamin service advisor ??

Service employee (I will find out their name when I pick up my car today) skipped everybody in line and went ti the back of the line to help out a woman even thought there was a special needs person right in front of the woman who didn’t receive any help. It was a man with a beard whose desk is on the far left of the service department. I’ve always had problems with him trying to scam me and do unnecessary things to my car that I don’t need and everybody else in the service department always disorganized and taking forever to even get checked in and not evening bothering to help a living soul. I told a service worker that I was had an appointment and was waiting for 30 minutes and he just walked off saying somebody else will help you, his desk is the further right desk in the front of the service department. Literally one of the worst and most unprofessional service departments I’ve ever seen.

Hello, I just want to share my experience in my purchase of my new car. I just want to say that it was a great experience. Javier Diaz is a good car salesman. I recommend him. Very kind, very patient. He helped me with everything. I have bought several cars in different parts and here. 5 hours for an oil change & diagnostic & Inspection that should only take 30 mins, they overfilled it with oil, said they were going to wash it, didn't. Paid for butler service but it never gets cleaned not a single time I have been there.

Very good service, very trained staff, especially Juan Serrano was the one who helped me with a problem that my car was having, a very kind, attentive and willing person to help with whatever you need, he is in the service area, I recommend him 100%, especially to Those of us who speak Spanish and from the sales area, Javier Diaz, thank you very much. I recommend it. I am also very happy with the purchase of my car. He helped me with everything and answered all my questions in Spanish. Thank you very much as well.

Bought our 3rd Honda at Unicars Honda on July 31st 2024 a couple days ago, a 2025 Honda CRV hybrid. Love it! We stuck with them as the Service Manager Carl Coggins has been terrific with many years of great service from him and his team! Salesman Javier Diaz was very professional and bent over backwards for us. Crystal in accounting was very helpful. A big thanks to Manny and Rigo of the sales management team. Very satisfied with the deal and all involved! Nice people and very fair!
