Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience at this Ulta Beauty location. My healthy hair was severely damaged by a stylist named Samara, and when I returned for help, I was met with rudeness and lack of compassion or professionalism from the master stylist Lorena and inconsistent two faced behavior from the manager, Elizabeth.
Instead of helping, they made me feel worse, and even lied to corporate about issuing a refund which never happened. I had to spend more out of pocket to fix the damage before my birthday, and I still have very noticeable breakage.
Save yourself the stress and go to the La Quinta or Palm Desert or other locations instead. This store lacks accountability and basic customer care.

I have shopped at and used the salon services at many Ulta stores, but this one is my all time favorite. I see, Lorena, in the salon several times a month, and I am always pleased with her services. I buy cosmetics, hair products, as well as lotions and creams for my skin here. I know most of the employees by name, and they are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This tells me that this Ulta store is very well managed and the manager is well liked and respected.

Went in for a product that said online was in stock at store location and when I didn’t see it on the shelf I was forced to wait in line to ask a cashier for help since the rest of the girls working seemed to be busy talking. When I asked the cashier she seemed extremely bothered to have to go into the back but she went, as I watched her enter the back room she was there for not even 30 seconds. Comes back and says they don’t have it in stock so I proceed to say ok I’ll just checkout with whatever I have she then proceeds to leave the cash register and made me get back in line. Not only this but they didn’t even bother to adjust/update the product online to say out of stock.

Good product, bad service (CASHIER). If a customer is not familiar with the system we would expect to be educated not rushed.

They need to have an actual spot like other stores for curbside…. This whole park where ever, let’s see if we find you… make uturns in a busy parking lot to accommodate the employees is ridiculous. Especially when they take awhile…. It’s great they offer curbside but a little more thought behind executing the service would be nice.

Thanks to Elizabeth getting me a last minute hair appt with Isaiah, on a Sunday , I will definitely have Isaiah work on my long hair more frequently.
His warmth, incredible knowledge, and talent surpassed my expectations, as he kept making sure he was getting my hair exactly how I wanted it.
Isaiah is an amazing hair stylist who, I’m sure, will go far in his profession!
Ask for him ~ you’ll love your hair even more!
